Steps away is huge dock with 10 feet of water at end of dock, with ladder for swimming or parking boats, private boat landing for launching boat, that is concrete out past dock , and have 3 kayaks on property, and may floats for floating at private dock. It is a central location: 10 minutes from the town of Saluda, 10 minutes from Batesburg, 20 minutes from Newberry, and 20 minutes from Lexington.
