Come relax for a getaway in our elegant guest loft! Located near the end of a quiet road with lots of wide open fields and beautiful tree lines! Our loft features a cute kitchenette, plenty of closet space, TV(YoutubeTV & Roku), an extremely comfortable bed! The loft is kept very clean and neat and will be stocked with all the essentials. Access to a beautiful 33' above ground pool! We are conveniently located about 5 miles from downtown Abbeville, and only a 10 minute drive to Erskine/Due West!

Campus Cottage

Upstairs two bedroom apartment located in College View area just a short walk across the street to Presbyterian College. Perfect for campus visits, tours, and sporting events. Short driving distance to local restaurants (less than one mile). Unit has two bedrooms (3 twin mattresses available upon request), one full bath, living room, dining room, and kitchen with full fridge, stove, and microwave. Coffee maker provided with coffee, creamer, and sugar during your stay. Plenty of room to relax!

Spacious two story guest house on a private road situated on Lake Hartwell. Use the double deck dock with 7 mile view for all day fishing, swimming or just relaxing. The guest house with central heating and air is fully furnished and has a fully equipped kitchen, wifi, 3 streaming flat screen tvs, two full baths, washer/dryer combo and a large attached deck. Owners live on property but in different residence. Outdoor cameras overlook parking area. Only reserved guests have property access.

Historic 19th Century Cabin/Guest House

This 19th century cabin is your perfect cozy getaway. This guest house is located on a 3.5 acre property, secluded from the historic neighborhood, though it's just 3 miles from downtown Greenville and the Bon Secours Wellness Arena. Less than a mile to the Swamp Rabbit Trail, this cottage is perfect for jaunts to downtown Greenville, Furman University, Paris Mountain, Travelers Rest and Unity Park! Micro weddings and events are available upon request and approval with applicable fees applied.

The Cottage at Old Oaks Farm

Built in the early 1900's, this serene cottage is located approximately one mile from Furman University at the base of Paris Mt. It has been lovingly improved, but the floors are a bit slanted and no corner is exactly square. Located in a neighborhood on a five acre farm, it consists of three large rooms, comfortably furnished and lots of natural light. The cottage is convenient to downtown Greenville(5 miles),Travelers Rest, Furman, and the Swamp Rabbit Trail. No pet fee or cleaning fee.

Walk out onto Lake Murray in the heart of Lexington! From sunrise to sunset this home is perfect for that relaxing get away; a private beach is steps from your door, a dock to fish from, boat ramp to launch your lake toys, quite cove with beautiful wild life! As the owners we live in the upstairs of the home (completely securely separated) and are available if you need anything! We enjoy sharing this beautiful home with others! Please note the beach, dock and lake are shared spaces.

Restful Refuge

Restful Refuge is a renovated one-bedroom studio apartment that includes a full kitchen and full bath downstairs to our home. For your stay with us you will have a private entrance. We are located just minutes from Downtown Columbia but secluded in a small community on a pond. Our desire is to provide a place to help you unwind & rejuvenate during your time in Columbia. Situated in a 3+ acre gated compound surrounded on three sides by Fairforest Creek, our guest house feels like a mountain hideaway yet it's only a 3 minute drive to downtown Spartanburg. Enjoy the private patio overlooking the creek to relax or prepare a meal on the gas grill. Dogs are welcome, and we have 2 very social dogs that you will probably encounter during your stay. There's ample parking for vehicles and room to roam and enjoy the park-like setting.

ONLY 10-15 MINUTE DRIVE TO THE HEART OF BEAUTIFUL DOWNTOWN GREENVILLE! We are only 11 miles to GSP Airport; 6 miles to Greenville Downtown Airport; and 10 minutes to the Swamp Rabbit Trail. We are minutes to Furman University, Bob Jones University, North Greenville University and Clemson University is only 45 minutes away. We are tucked away open top of Paris Mountain. The Dwelling Place was created for guests to enjoy Travelers Rest and the beautiful surrounding areas. It is a studio apartment above a detached garage with a private entrance and driveway. We are a one minute walk from the Swamp Rabbit Trail, a 1.2 mile walk from the idyllic downtown Travelers Rest, 20 min. from Greenville, 8 min. from Furman, 15 min. from North Greenville University, and close to numerous hikes, waterfalls, and outdoor adventures!
