Booked this place for our friends family of 11 who are coming from different part of the globe. The place is perfect for a big group accommodations especially for a family reunion. It is homey, clean and secure. Location is also a plus since it’s in a gated neighborhood. Most of all the host Florenda was very proactive and organized. The overall experience was such a breeze . Will surely recommend this place again.

Tom and Rose are perfect hosts. They take time to ensure that what we need are provided. They are responsive on our requests and offered us a flexible time for check out since our flight would still be late in the afternoon. We will definitely go back to their place. Mr. Celso's team was very responsive, easy to communicate and very nice people. We travel by car from afar and check in was late, but Sir Celso was waiting patiently and giving us help and instructions on how to reach the accomodation quicker. We were more than 10 plus kids and without asking Sir Celso gave us extra beds plus the very good drinking water supply is free. We, especially my parents enjoyed the balcony relaxing with birds singing in the background. We grilled and ate in the balcony which is a plus and the karaoke and a paid access to the nearest resort. We will definitely book again when we visit Samal and I highly recommend Sir Celso's place, it is more of what you pay for. 🤩

We were stunned at the location. This is comparable to a private resort. we could not believe how impressive the location was for the price. Arno graciously picked us up from the port (airport pickup also available) and offered us the use of his car to drive around which was extremely helpful. The location is surrounded by a beautifully maintained garden with trees, plants and a pool. The compound is also self-sufficient with solar panels and harvested rainwater. the home itself was extremely modern, equipped with Wi-Fi and starlink for internet, beautiful bathroom, fully equipped and spacious kitchen and a bedroom with an amazing view of the garden. In the centre of the garden is a large area for dining and socialising. the buildings are named after the planets and have architecture Which is thematic for the buildings. this is the best Airbnb we have ever been to and it was like being part of the family. Thank you Arno and family. we will definitely visit again.

This was my first time booking on Airbnb, and I couldn’t be happier with my choice. Clarity Chaire’s space was simply wonderful. The accommodation was exactly as described, and everything was spotless and well-organized. Me and my friends were thoroughly impressed with the comfort and amenities provided. The location was perfect, making it easy to explore the area. Clarity was an excellent host, responsive and attentive to our needs. Highly recommend this place to anyone. You won’t be disappointed!

Great stay! Very helpful host.

We were met at the home by very helpful and pleasant relatives of the host. House was perfect, and as stated very close to the airport. There is a water park a very short drive away that our family enjoyed. All rooms have Aircon that work perfectly! The home is in a gated community, so there was a short walk to get outside the property to get a ride, but wasn’t bad. We would definitely say again!

Mellow’s place was a home away from home. I arrive din Davao earlier than the check in time and she offered to leave my luggage at the appartment. I forgot my steamer too and they let me bowwor their flat iron. I will definitely book the place again.

My mum and I had a wonderful stay. The place was very clean and nice. We rested well, we didn’t want to check out because it felt vacation right in our own home. Thank you so much

Had a great weekend stay with my whole family! We loved how homey it felt and the whole place was clean as well. We had some last minute requests which was granted and totally thankful to Jayson as my kids definitely enjoyed their pool time. Just had some minor setbacks but definitely not an issue. My family had a great time staying at La Donna's property. It was such a lovely home, super clean and cozy, and had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The location was perfect too, just walking distance to SM City Davao and close to everything else. The fast WiFi and available parking slot were a big plus. The unit is on the 2nd floor, but the building has an elevator which was perfect for us since we had a baby with a stroller. We’d definitely book again.

Its a great place for two people to relax everything worked properly and the place is safe and secure. The host was great in responded to us almost immediately. I recommend the place condo living thank you Shiela

I had a wonderful stay at Filbert’s condo in Davao! The place was exactly as described—cozy, welcoming, and felt just like a home away from home. From the moment I walked in, I was impressed by the thoughtful decor and comfortable furnishings. The location was perfect, allowing easy access to local attractions while still feeling peaceful and relaxing. I especially enjoyed the little touches, like the comfortable bed and cozy blankets.
