That was amazing experiences for us. House was so clean and comfortable. It is very big and lovely place. Kostas and Malama are helpfull and friendly. They support us all way. We would like to choose same place for the next time. Thanks for everything:)

Εξαιρετική διαμονή !!!Ο χώρος πεντακάθαρος πολύ καλα οργανωμένος είχε τα πάντα !!!Ανετα μένει και οικογένεια πολύ κοντά στο βαθύ πας με τα πόδια παντου !!!Ομορφη γειτονιά ωραία θέα νιώθεις οικείο το χώρο από την πρώτη στιγμή !!!Η οικοδεσπότης επικοινωνιακή χαλαρή και πρόθυμη να σε εξυπηρετήσει και να σου λύσει ότι απορία έχεις !!!Ενοειται θα το ξανά προτιμούσα !!!!!

Wir hatten einen wunderschönen Aufenthalt in ruhiger Lage und mit einem beeindruckenden Ausblick auf das Meer und die Küste. Das Haus ist mit viel Liebe zum Detail eingerichtet, genau wie die Terrasse und der Garten inklusive Sonnenliegen und Grill. Die beiden Gastgeber begleiteten uns zum Haus, in dem uns bereits hausgemachte Köstlichkeiten erwarteten (Wein, Marmelade, Trauben…). Der Kontakt mit ihnen war ausgesprochen freundlich und herzlich. Absolute Empfehlung!

Ioannis was a considerate host. He responded quickly when I had questions and left a fruit basket and wine to enjoy. The house is small but well organized and comfortable. The bed is comfortable (a bit on the hard side but that is my preference). It is easy to walk everywhere in and around the village. I would return.

Apartament bardzo czysty. Jest w nim wszystko czego potrzebujesz. Wspaniały widok na okolicę, morze i góry. Miejsce w którym można odpocząć, ciche i piękne Właścicielka odpowiada od razu na każde pytanie. 3 kroki do pysznej restauracji nad samym morzem.

5 gün boyunca konakladığımız küçük beyaz ev, harika hislerle geçirdiğimiz tatilimizin baş rollerindendi. İncelikli, zarif mimarisi; evin yüz yılı aşkın mistikliği ile bugünün canlılığının birleşimi. Anahid’in aynı şekilde zarif ve incelikli ilgisi, kendi evimiz gibi hissetmemizin ana nedenlerindendi. Ada ile ilgili bilgilendirmeleri, gezi ve yemek tavsiyeleri, bizim için hazırlayıp masaya bıraktığı tatlı jesti ve tabii ki güler yüzü. Küçük beyaz ev, konum olarak da çok keyifli bir yerde. Bir yandan adanın yerelliğini, dingin mahalle ruhunu yaşıyorsunuz, bir yandan da Vathi merkeze araçla 5 dakikada, yürümeyi seviyorsanız da 15 dakikada ulaşabiliyorsunuz.

Stamatia was very helpful with entering the apartment, we were very pleased. The location of the house is very good, very close to shopping places, restaurants and beaches. There is everything necessary inside the house, clean and decorative, there is a large balcony with sea view. The balcony is very useful for breakfast and dinner, we felt very comfortableI in the flat. when we come to the island again, we would like to stay at this house and recommend it to other visitors.

Exactly as described and great communication. Only downside is the entrance through the backend of an alley.

I greatly recommend everyone to come here, really clean, perfect location, all the commodities needed, responsive and helpful host. You will have a great time here !

Leiligheten er perfekt til 2 personer, koselig og veldig rent. Den har en fin terrasse der man kan sitte med et fin utsikt. Det ligger bare 5 minutter unna midt i smørøye. De er veldig hyggelige og lett å snakke med.

Eşim, çocuğum ve ben bir hafta sürelik Samos tatilimizde burada konakladık. Ev de misafirler için her şey düşünülmüş. Mutfak malzemeleri yeterliydi. Ev çok temizdi. Ev çok güzel bir deniz manzarasına sahip. Balos beach çok sakin ve güzel bir yer , insanlar çok güler yüzlü ve sıcakkanlı. Evin hemen aşağısında çok güzel bir restaurant var. Samos 'ta kaldığımız sürece en kaliteli ve en lezzetli yemekleri burada yedik. Yaklaşık 2 km mesafede Koumeika'da taze ürünler alabileceğiniz mini bir fırın var. Ev sahibi bölge ve seyahat ile ilgil sorularımıza çok hızlı yanıt verdi. İlgisi için çok teşekkür ederiz. Seneye yazın planlayacağımız tatilde tekrar burada kalmayı sabırsızlıkla bekliyoruz.

Nick iyi bir ev sahibi. Giriş saatinden önce gelmemize rağmen sıkıntı çıkarmadı. Eve girdiğimizde bizim için bıraktığı atıştırmalıklar vardı. Her türlü sorumuza anında cevap verdi ve arada bir kendini hatırlatıp bir soru yada sorununuz var mı diye sordu. Evin konumu güzel sahile 5dkda inebiliyorsunuz. Evdeki temizlik malzemeleri fazlasıyla yeterliydi. Evin tek sorunu çamaşır makinesi yoktu bunu bilerek gittik ama olsaydı süper olurdu. Tekrardan her şey için teşekkürler Nick.

Eva was really friendly, she even let us to change reservation date. The house was clean and cozy. The location is in centre and close to all restaurants and bars. I definitely recommend everyone to stay there.

Cozy apartment, very well equipped with everything you can need, very comfortable beds and the best view left to the old center and right to the sea. The apartment has a private entrance, so you feel like in a tiny house. It is located above a small beach - probably the most pittoresk (and a bit hidden) in Kokkari. Kostas (and his family) is a super friendly and sensitive host! He was always keen to ensure that I felt comfortable and made my stay in Kokkari incredible pleasant. Thank you!

First of all the host is great, responsive, friendly. The house is more than as it is described. Very clean, tidy, central area, lots of offerings, snacks, drinks. The Parking lot is also very important that this hous offers. Hardly to find a parking space in the narrow roads. You may walk down the city center in minutes. For sum up, it is more than it's worth. Beyond expectations.

Corina was a wonderful hostess. She went above and beyond to communicate which is extremely helpful when you are new to the area and country. The place was adorable, clean and had all the amenities listed. It was an easy walk to the main street and marina. I would recommend. Two things, which she cannot change and yet may be a concern, the nextdoor apartment's living room window is ~3 feet from the roof top deck. We were quietly enjoying the evening port view, the conversation disturbed the neighbors (a couple advised us the next day). Also, there is a narrow spiral staircase to access the entire place which may be challenging to navigate with babies, seniors, disabilities and\or if you are large.

Familien er super sød og i imødekommende. De gik meget op i at vi havde et godt ophold og vi følte os hjemme i deres selskab.

Everything about our stay at Dimitris’s apartment was perfect. His directions were easy to navigate and he even let us take advantage of late check out because our ferry was so late in the day. I was (unfortunately) needing to work for a portion of our stay and the wifi was fast and reliable. Regarding the neighborhood, I highly recommend staying here, especially if the next phase of your journey is a ferry ride! We visited very much in the off season but there was still amazing restaurants open within walking distance and many places to rent a car to explore.

Wir hatten eine tolle Zeit in Kampos. Die Wohnung ist sehr sauber, in einer guten Lage und besitzt alles an notwendiger Ausstattung. Die Kommunikation mit Nikolaos ist einfach.

Wunderbare Unterkunft am westlichen Ende von Samos´Südküste - abseits des deprimierenden Massentourismus. Kleinteilige, liebevolle, parkähnliche Anlage, mit viel Einsatz toll instandgehalten. Leider gibt es von 4 Lokalen in dem Bereich (Ort kann man nicht sagen) keine einzige Taverne mit wirklich guter griechischer Küche.

Dimitri's place is great, a nice 2 bedroom with plenty of room for the 4 of us. It is very nicely setup, and everything we needed was right there. Dimitri was a great host, super helpful. We arrived on Easter weekend and he was concerned that we would have food, so he purchased food and drinks for us to make sure we had what we needed. Another day his wife back cheese pie for us, it was great. The view of the town and harbor is awesome and a nice size patio for us to sit on and enjoy the view, the sunsets are great. Private parking right in front of our door was very nice, and a short walk down into town. Highly recommend staying in this very nice place.
