Jan was a great host and very welcoming. If you are looking for a peaceful setting where you can take in the beautiful scenery and nature, then Jan’s place is the place for you! He is very helpful for any recommendations and very responsive to any questions or needs you may have.

The view over the lake arenal is just phenomenal! The house has a huge garden with some fruits, herbs & vegetables wich we were allowed to eat. We can for sure recommend.

El alojamiento de Andrea es estupendo. Fácil de llegar, con buena seguridad, y con todos los elementos necesarios para pasar una excelente estadía. Una nota aparte para Andrea. Tom was very helpful as we had a late check in, he left us very clear instructions and photo with how to get in allowing us to get in with ease. We were really please as La Fortuna is a little built up so staying just outside gave us so much more peace, we did have a car however so not 100% how easy it is by bus. I spoke to Tim while I was there and he was very friendly helping with any questions I had while also giving me lots of recommendations and tips for the local area. The place was kept very clean and tidy and Toms family living nearby were all very kind/helpful with any questions I had. Also always asking if we wanted fresh coconut of the trees in the garden 🥥 thank you Tom and your team 😃

This airbnb was very comfortable, beds were great. No need for A/C as the temperatures were nice and cool in evenings. You could sleep with windows open as there were screens. It was not near the center of town but there is a bus. We walked to the center of town but if you have mobility issues, the bus would be better. It was peaceful and quiet.

Super clean and modern apartment. In the middle in nature, I love the quietness of the place. Saw some animals near the Airbnb as well.

El departamento es muy cómodo y tiene una cocina muy completa con todo lo necesario para preparar tus desayunos y comidas. Está prácticamente en el centro y vas caminando a cenar sin problemas. Rafael nos recomendó muchos lugares para conocer y hasta nos recomendó un café para llevar de regalo a nuestro país. Sin dudas volvería.

Absolutely loved our stay. The place was exactly as described, and we found it immaculately clean when we arrived. There is ample space for you to relax or work. The neighbourhood is quiet and safe, yet only a few minutes from all the major stores and restaurants in town.

We absolutely loved staying here! We had an issue with the original Airbnb we were staying at and Nora was very responsive and helpful when we booked her place last minute! The place was close to town yet very private. We felt like we weren’t even in town because it was so peasants private. The pool is amazing! We were happy with the air conditioning, we were comfortable during our stay. The kitchen had everything we needed. There were shower towels and pool towels which was nice. I would definitely recommend this place to anyone!

Fresia's place was exactly as it was described and as it was in the pictures. It worked perfectly for the three of us with a great location that was easy to find. It was very quiet and peaceful yet within a short drive to many of the local attractions and restaurants. I would highly recommend and would not hesitate to stay here again!

Highly recommend staying with this host. Communication was forthright and accurate. The views are difficult to describe; one has to experience the place and then you will understand. Fantastic! Would rebook for sure!

Lovely place with a beautiful lake view. The check-in mechanism allow us enter at early morning when we were coming from my sister’s wedding. Highly recommend if you what to spend a peaceful night with the song of the lake/river and births and delicious native food restaurants around the area. Thanks Yinley for this opportunity!!!

Desde el momento de la reserva, Grettel se contactó y se puso a disposición. Siempre nos aclaró las dudas y muy amablemente nos ayudó. El lugar el muy acogedor, uno quiere quedarse a vivir ahí! Con todas las amenidades necesarias, limpio y un jacuzzi que no se quiere salir nunca. La pasamos muy bien!

Andreina's place was beautiful. Very close to all our activities, even though it was just on the edge of the city it felt like you were in the jungle. Very quiet location, very peaceful and safely secure with a gated entrance. Beautiful view of the jungle right from your bed. We would have loved to have had a screened patio door to be able to hear all the sounds of the rain forest and that would have made it perfect. This kitchen was fully stocked with everything and the bathroom had all the essentials. Wonderful place to stay, we would definitely stay again.

¡Recomendado! El departamento es muy lindo, cómodo y limpio. El jacuzzi es precioso, el aire acondicionado y el agua caliente funcionaban perfectamente. El parqueo es muy amplio. La atención que recibimos fue excelente, muy atentos y amables.

Heerlijke paar dagen in La Fortuna verbleven. Na dagjes uit was het lekker thuis komen om te Netflixen vanuit de jacuzzi. s'ochtends mooi uitzicht op de vulkaan met paarden in de achtertuin. Miquel, is een chille host die altijd bereikbaar is. Pura Vida🫡

Me encantó el lugar, muy tranquilo y mucha privacidad a la vez, que tenga el jacuzzy es excelente para relajarse y muy buena atención por parte de los anfitriones, todo estuvo perfecto incluyendo el precio…

Our stay was fantastic. Elvis was an amazing host who was incredibly responsive and immediately helped book and coordinate tours and provide local recommendations. The accommodations are far better than the pictures and some of the best quality builds of the places we have stayed in Costa Rica. Viewing the wildlife on the balcony was a major plus and we will undoubtedly be back again.
