Nearby are world famous surf spots; Trestles, T-Street, Old Man's, etc. You’ll love my place; the cozy atmosphere and vintage feel of an authentic 1950's beach cottage, Short walk to the sand. All amenities including a tiny kitchen and full patio. My place is good for couples, solo adventurers, business travelers. This is one of two units on the duplex-type-property. 5 minutes walk to beach in a safe, quiet, and friendly neighborhood.

Prime location in the heart of the Pier Bowl in San Clemente just steps from the sand, pier, train and free trolley. Enjoy views from every room and the sound of the ocean as you sleep. Restuarants and shops are just minutes away. Condo has everything you need including washer dryer, beach toys and chairs, etc. If you are visiting California for the first time there is no more central spot with the train available to take you up to LA or down to San Diego with scenic views all along the way.

This family-friendly Surf House is steps from the beach, close to the towns wedding venues and an easy E-bike ride to surf breaks Trestles and San O. Live like a local and rent our house E-bikes to surf or explore; step through our backyard gate to explore the nearby canyon trails then grab the house surfboards, walk down below the house for a surf/swim or a stroll along the famous beach trail. Take a hot outdoor shower, enjoy local eateries and close the night out around the cozy fire pit.

San Clemente Pierside Paradise Condo

Everyone will have plenty of space and privacy in this condo designed for up to four guests. Private balcony and full kitchen add to the open, home-like feel. All units are non-smoking. The apartment is located in the heart of downtown San Clemente, within walking distance to everything. Walk out the door and you have your choice of over 20 different restaurants and retail stores to choose from (two of our favorites are right next to our apartment). The beach and pier are a 16 minute walk and on Sundays there is a farmers market that is lots of fun.
