Great place, AMAZING location! Walkable to the beach and to restaurants and shops. The apartment was spacious and private and clean. Our hosts were communicative and we had all the info we needed well before arrival. This was the perfect crash pad for our short weekend visit for a wedding. San Clemente is so quaint, we will definitely stay here again if we return!

On upon arriving at the spot, it was beautiful house and had a memorable weekend staying there for the weekend. Alex was very responsive and made sure that if we had any questions or concerns, to let him know and was very friendly. The rooms and bathrooms were clean upon arrival and would definitely stay there again!

Brenda was an amazing host. Super accommodating and clearly cared about us having a great experience during our stay. There was a little mixup in our booking but Brenda was communicative and handled it extremely well, offering solutions to make our stay as good as can be. The place itself was very cozy, and we were impressed with how the kitchen was stocked with utensils, pots and pans, and pantry items for whipping up quick meals or some instant coffee. The beds were extremely comfortable and the bathrooms were great. Rest assured, your showers will be as hot as can be. Parking was clear and getting in and out of the place was easy. The patio was a peaceful spot to relax and unwind at night. All in all, we appreciated our stay and how much Brenda clearly cared about our experience. The cleaning lady was very nice too! Great spot in Costa Mesa if you’re thinking about staying somewhere with your S.O. or a group. Thanks, Brenda!

Jim’s place was very close to legoland (10 min drive) which made it easy to travel back and forth with a toddler. It is very family friendly and included a pack and play, books, high chair booster seat, sand toys etc. The proximity to the beach was also great! Finally, Jim even allowed us an early check in to squeeze in my toddler’s afternoon nap. I would highly recommend this place.

My family and I enjoyed our stay very much. The location is perfect with plenty to do. I would highly recommend this place.

Lisa was an amazing host with such a beautiful place

We had an amazing stay with our family and dogs at this very close to the water location! While waiting for our home to be ready, it truly felt like we were already home. The neighbors are kind very pet friendly in the backyard was so peaceful every day. I highly recommend this location if you are coming for a long-term visit or a short time stay house has everything you need just like at home.

We really enjoyed our stay at Angela’s beautiful condo! Everything was as described. Extremely private and peaceful location, with many walkable coffee shops, restaurants, and ridiculously delicious local doughnut shop! The ocean access is a very short walk from the condo, as is the heated pool and hot tub, which we really enjoyed! We looked forward to chatting with the friendly neighbors during our evening hot tub visits! Just an fyi, that after you book with Angela. You will be primarily dealing with the property manager through email. We had no issues with that :) Nicole was awesome! We hope to head back to Angela’s in the near future! everyhing was great, really clean and huge home

This is a very spacious, tastefully appointed condo in a nice oceanfront complex. The kids spent hours in the heated pool and the beach accessories (chairs, boogie boards, sand toys, coolers, towels, etc) made days at the beach a breeze!

This is the cutest spot in the most perfect location. Would definitely stay here again!

Staying at Shelly’s place in Tustin was an absolute pleasure! From the moment we arrived, we felt welcomed and at home. The space was spotless, beautifully decorated, and thoughtfully stocked with everything we could possibly need for a comfortable stay. The location was perfect—quiet, safe, family friendly and conveniently close to great restaurants, shopping and attractions. Shelly was an exceptional host—responsive and very very friendly. She truly went above and beyond to ensure we had a five-star experience. If you’re looking for a cozy, well-maintained, and conveniently located place in Tustin, look no further. We will definitely be back!

We stayed at Lisa's place right next to the beach (1.5 blocks!), and we loved it. It was roomy enough for 3 kids, a couple, and a grandma--and the beds were really comfortable! The kitchen was well stocked and we enjoyed the outdoor patio and BBQ. We'll come back. Thanks, Lisa!

Emilio townhouse was beautiful very spacious and looked even better in person , Emilio was a great host replied within mins and made sure we had a comfortable stay ended up staying an extra two days would definitely come back n book again !!!

Solid spot, right in the middle of everything that Newport Beach has to offer. Whether you want to go out and explore the bar scene or stay in and be cozy, this was the place to be!

Ken's place turned out to be just as advertised and was ideal for our family members' stay. Clean, comfortable and close to many attractions in the area. Ken was very responsive to our questions and quickly addressed our inquiries. Would consider staying here again in the future!

A casa atendeu super bem os 3 casais, ficamos super a vontade, instalações impecáveis, um bom sistema de ar condicionado. A Júlia foi muito atenciosa, sempre respondendo rápido e com exatidão. Excelente localidade para nós que também fomos à Disney, ficou geograficamente próximo. Apenas acrescentaria uma ou duas panelas, tipo uma de pressão para nós que estávamos cozinhando fez falta. Super recomendo esta casa.

We stayed here for a few days and Kyle provided us everything that we needed! The location is perfect, with off street parking. The place is super clean, and we would definitely come back again!

It was a beautiful home, close to Disney. Not only was it quiet, it has everything you could need inside. One of my top 3 stays forsure.

Our family of 5 had a very comfortable stay for our spring break vacation. We went to the beach everyday and ate out at many of the great restaurants in the area. OC is awesome and we were able to easily access all the fun spots. We will be back!
