We absolutely loved our stay at GGP Homestay! It’s the perfect place for families looking for a peaceful and relaxing getaway. The place is really well thought out— every space was fully utilized, and the overall layout was both amazing and inspiring. It had complete amenities, quality furniture, and a fantastic view that we enjoyed throughout our stay. The location is serene, ideal if you’re planning to bond with family over a staycation. The whole subdivision is super quiet, and even the neighbors were very understanding. Grab delivery is accessible. The owner was also very responsive. GGP Homestay is about 22 to 33 minutes away from the city center, depending on traffic. Getting to the house is challenging because of the steep and narrow road — the host did inform us about this ahead of time, but we admittedly underestimated it. Also, if you plan to explore tourist spots, you might just end up wanting to stay in and enjoy the house instead. Highly recommended for family and friends!

We recently had the pleasure of staying at this villa in Manaoag, and it exceeded our expectations in every way. The villa was immaculately clean, with perfect bedrooms and luxurious linens that ensured a comfortable stay. The kitchen was fully equipped, allowing us to prepare meals with ease. The crystal-clear pool was a highlight, and we appreciated the extra attention to cleanliness as the pool water was changed twice during our stay. The villa itself was cleaned twice, maintaining its pristine condition throughout our visit. The quiet surroundings made it an ideal retreat. The staff’s diligence in maintaining the villa’s cleanliness and amenities was truly commendable. We would highly recommend this villa to anyone seeking a peaceful getaway and look forward to returning if we visit Manaoag again.

OMG! I had such a great stay over the weekend! The location was perfect, the room was cozy and clean, and the owner were incredibly friendly and welcoming. I really appreciated the attention to detail and all the little extras that made my stay so enjoyable. Highly recommend this place if you're looking for a comfortable and relaxing experience!

the place is amazing with mountain view, very spacious. It can even accommodate bigger groups. The owner is very nice, accommodating, they even let us use the washing machine to wash the clothes my special need niece. It has 2 bedroom in the first floor and a big attic that can fit a lot of guest. Its feels a home away from home. The owner is extremely nice, feels like you know him alteady though you just met him. We enjoy our stay and we will surely comeback again. Thank you and God bless you always!

We will definitely stay again at Tita Baby’s house next time we visit Baguio. We enjoyed our stay there.

Hello Ma’am! I just want to thank you po for accommodating our family. We really enjoyed our stay in your lovely home to a point na ayaw na po namen mag libot sa Baguio dahil napaka cozy nung house ninyo. And out of all the airbnb’s na binook ko sainiyo po yung pinaka malines especially yung mga bathrooms ninyo. The bedsheets and kumot were also clean my son and I used them usually po kase we bring our own because nag aallergy kame pero lahat po ng sa bahay ninyo were so clean. Ate Jocelyn was really helpful and nice she even toured me dun sa under ground unit ninyo. Thank you po ulet and we will definitely book again!! ❤️

We extremely enjoyed our stay even if for a short three days since our purpose was to attend a wedding of a close relative. It became our home away from home. Even our fur baby was delighted with her new environment. The amenities and furnishings are superb. Highly recommended!

very beautiful and clean place. You get a beautiful view from the rooftop. Mia was great at communicating and you will meet her mom upon check-in, who is a very sweet lady and made you feel right at home. I would definitely recommend this place and would definitely stay here again. make sure to follow the directions that they provide for you. A lot of convenience stores nearby and a peaceful community.

My family had a great time at this place from Dec 30 to Jan2 .It feels like home away from home.The caretakers Josie and Cristian are very kind and helpful.I would go back to this place.

We were initially supposed to stay for 3 nights… but ended up staying 5! Sir Samson was super easy to talk to and quick to accommodate any requests. I really appreciated how detailed he was with instructions and how responsive and accommodating he is. The place is huge—we had the whole house to ourselves, two floors! The WiFi was fast too, so I was able to work without any issues. It’s in a quiet neighborhood, which we preferred, and it’s just a short drive to the beach. We’ll definitely book here again the next time we’re in Tondaligan. 💖🙏🏼 My only suggestion would be to maybe add a separate dining table instead of just the bar counter—but overall, great stay!
