A house with a personal touch with decorations of the owner’s many travels. The backyard is beautiful in spring, even fragrant, when flowers are in bloom. They are integrated into the home via some nice French doors into the kitchen.

Was a bit upset about the pool not being able to heat up but the kids still enjoyed themselves. Overall great stay

Great central spot in Concord. Georgie is a fantastic host and the house is extremely well supplied. Our stay was wonderful.

Corinne was very responsive. She got back to us very quickly with answers to our questions. Her place was comfortable and perfect for us. Nice, quite location. We would stay again for sure.

Graciela's place was cozy and perfect for our little trip. The kids loved the pool area and the snacks!

It’s a beautiful place. It’s was a peaceful escape from the business of the Bay Area. Thank you for making our stay an enjoyable experience. Even though it was just a short stay. Would definitely recommend it and would love to visit again. They have a lot of board games and the hot tub is amazing and the sauna.

The house was great for our family stay. Lots of space, all on one level, and beautiful outdoor space. We travelled with our kids and they had a great time in the pool :) Note there is extra cost if you want the pool to be heated. Thanks for a great stay!

Jana and Peter's place is lovely, at least as nice as the photos. It's beautifully designed, right on the water and literally has nothing unattractive in the house. I would Happily stay here again.

This place was amazing. The beauty of the apartment from the gorgeous hardwood floors, to the modern kitchen, the little period details, the bathrooms, made the apartment feel like a 5 star inn! It is super convenient, we didn’t know about this great neighborhood and WOW we loved it! Great restaurants and bakeries, park nearby, we almost didn’t want to leave, but at the same time it was very easy to get to downtown San Francisco. Would stay there again for sure! Just one small suggestion it would be great to have bar stools in the kitchen by the granite countertop peninsula.

We had a fantastic time at Kens place. His house is a delightful little cottage with character, warmth and everything you need for a comfortable stay. Nothing has been forgotten in this little place which feels like a home wherever you have come from. We loved the fact that it had a small garden where we could sit in the sun in the morning, a barbecue for grilling in the evening and a generally quiet, peaceful neighbourhood. We loved the fact that snacks were at hand, ample bottles of water in the fridge and the washing and cooking facilities were perfect. We were overjoyed that it was a quick 5 minute walk to the nearest Safeway and that the gas station was seconds away with the car! Being next to the motorway was very practical and enabled us to reach The airport, Napa, Sanfrancisco, Sixflags and all the other wonderful places we wanted to visit, quickly, simply and easily. We had a wonderful time and hope to return again within the year. Thank you Ken for a wonderful stay!

Great space to host our whole family. Rooms were spacious and comfortable. Gaming room was very nice for kids too.

Kathryn’s place was a perfect place to stay for a night. There was a communal feel in the kitchen and living room space, yet enough space and privacy (we were traveling with two other couples) and all amenities we needed. Super clean, light, and airy space with a sweet backyard garden. Very walkable and safe area too!

Mirana and Arseni’s place was great for my wife’s’ birthday celebration with family and friends! Mirana was SUPER helpful and LOVELY host! Plenty of beds for everyone! Liked how the place was halfway between San Fran and the airport. Just a $30 uber ride into the city.

I had my team up for work travel and this place made it much easier for them to be away from home. I would definitely recommend it to an anyone else looking for a home with charm and nice finishes.

Very nice location, was a wedding party visiting from Canada and the east coast. The place was within one mile of The Hayes Mansion - which is where the wedding was. Super convenient, quiet and the house itself was clean and well kept. Thanks for keeping it that way, and our party thoroughly felt comfortable and well suited. Highly recommend it for similar sized parties with kids and adults all mixed in. May be a few more entertainment options like a pool table in the garage or board games could be good additions. Thanks.

We stayed for a month with my family and we had a great stay. The house is very spacious and baby friendly, with lots of space in each bedroom and a huge living room to hang out with friends and family. I also like the layout of the home as each bedroom has its own separate hallway, which gives more privacy to each guest. Antoni is a great host, very responsive and friendly. We will stay again next time when we visit the area. thank you.

Angela is amazing super fast communication and helpful!the unit is in a nice area it is very clean the bed is huge and comfortable enjoyed both TVs the yard is great and clean and the kitchen is stocked with !! everything!! You need to the tiniest detail for long or short stays!also you can't hear anything from upstairs like most places!good water pressure in shower!would have stayed longer but she was booked!would definitely recommend more then worth the price!our dog loved it as well:)

I never met Lisa but the place was clean and exactly as advertised in the photos. Loved the kitchen and laundry area. Overall it was a short stay but very quiet. Definitely recommend.
