Beautiful home that feels like a remote escape with dark skies and amazing mountain views, but still close enough to town that it's easy to drop into Moab for groceries and supplies. The beds were cozy, the kitchen is well-stocked and fabulous for cooking, and the whole pool setup is great. Our whole family, from age 5 to 70, loved the water slide! It was the perfect place to stay to visit Arches and Canyonlands.

We had everything that we needed for our short camping trip. Honorable mention is that the hosts were very communicative and responsive to Texts. Checking in was very easy and we had a designated parking spot. Nice view both east and west of the property. It was nice to have a grill to use for cooking and there was a spare cooler to use if we had needed it. I was pleased to find paper towels in the room! King size bed was comfortable enough and there were towels to use for the shower across the parking lot area. Plenty of trash and recycle available which was nice. We found the property to be perfectly adequate for our needs for three nights and would recommend if you’re looking for a more comfortable camping experience.

Great Moab experience, exactly what I was wanting.

Great place to stay at the start of our trip to Moab! In a quiet area, the side porch attached to our place was super cute (loved the hammock) and would stay again. Had what we needed and appreciated the quiet.

This is a great spot. Just south of the main strip in Moab so has a very private feel but also close to everything you need in town. Very clean, looks new inside. Perfectly situated for visiting the national parks. The hosts were friendly and responsive. Highly recommend when visiting in and around Moab.

This was our second year staying at this house. It’s a great place for a multiple couples. Three bedrooms have their own bathroom while two bedrooms share a bathroom. (Plus 2 more bathrooms are available in this house) This made it ideal for our group. Details like thick XL bath towels was very nice! There was plenty of parking for our trucks with attached trailers and our side by sides. One couple from our group arrived in town early and they were able to check in early. Our host responded very quickly when we messaged him! Hoping to visit again next year!

A perfect location for exploring all of southeastern Utah. Barbara's house was super clean, and filled with all the things you might need in a pinch - so no need to run to the convenience store.
