This is a very conveniently located, well maintained property if you want to be anywhere around Isla Verde beach. Everything that you need for a beach vacation was easily accessible. We decided to skip hotels this time and stay at this Airbnb where we felt there was a better value for your $$s. Highly recommended and we look forward to our next stay here

Sylvette was a wonderful host! She really felt like a mother figure, always open to conversations about anything. Her warmth was especially evident when she spoke about our son back home. The place is comfortable, clean, and very quiet. You can sleep peacefully without any noise. Mario is always helpful and ready to assist with any questions or issues. The place looks exactly like it does in the photos. We loved staying there.

Location, location, location!! Next to the airport, many great restaurants in the area, rental car company in front of building, next to the best hotels in San Juan and the best of all... the most beautiful beach in your own yard! The apartment is beautifully decorated! Fully equipped with everything that you need, even with towels and chairs for the beach. Great and friendly host! Definitely we would love to stay again on our next trip to the island. 100% recommended!

Excelente ubicación, es un vecindario tranquilo y algo céntrico lo cual es bueno porque no tuvimos malas experiencias con la electricidad en nuestra estadía. La casa cuenta con lo necesario en la cocina (sazones), baño (papel, toallas, jabones y shampoo), habitaciones (sábanas y aire acondicionado).

I have nothing but a great wonderful experience. Me and my 3 daughters loved your home and have made beautiful memories. Your home was magnificently clean and with everything we could need and want ! By far Maria had everything we could of possibly needed! She paid attention to small details tht we found thoughtful and helpful for travelers. Best airbnb I’ve stood in so far ! Thank you ! The area was great even for after the beach days or lazy days when u wanna just order in and enjoy the pool or games.

The location was pretty central to everything of interest in the metro area. The country roads to access the place could be challenging to drivers not used to steep hills and narrow roads, but the amazing views are worth taking on the adventure. The set up is rustic, with plenty to do and enjoy as a retreat to just kick back, or as a home base after a day of exploring. José is quick to respond to any inquiries and has a very pleasant demeanor.

JB was a great host: very responsive and helpful. The home is in a gated community which is easy to enter and exit any time. Plenty of space, staying in the entire second floor, three bedrooms, nice upper floor covered porch with string lights. Very happy with my stay!

Armando was amazing super responsive I had seen him when I just got the Airbnb and he was super kind honestly I would recommend his beautiful house every is near it’s so peaceful and quiet

Great place to stay in Guaynabo. Worked very well for my colleagues and me. Terrace provided nice views in all directions.

Carlas was super responsive, friendly, and provided everything we needed! We were a group of 8 staying for a week, so we did need to do laundry at the laundromat on the corner, but other than that, Carlas provided everything and was super responsive with our questions! We loved this place. Franchesca was very responsive and a great host! It's conveniently located next to the beach, grocery store, great restaurants and a pharmacy. The house was beautiful and we loved the patio. I would definitely stay here again.

Great location—close to lots of great restaurants and more importantly, the beach! The bed was big and the apartment has the bare minimum. It could use a few more cooking tools. I had to purchase food that either required minimum cooking or just to heat up. I was working remotely, and the internet was strong during most of my meetings. If you don’t need much, this apartment is perfect!

Lovely stay in an amazing community. The apartment had all the amenities I could ask for and had no problems at all during our stay. Super close walk to Escambrón is a huge plus too!

The Airbnb was perfect for me and my family, surrounded by restaurants and plenty to do!!!!! The condo was nice and clean with plenty of linens and everything else you need definitely made for the perfect getaway!!!

I was 100% pleased with Ray’s condo and amazed at what a wonderful host he was. He was so attentive and answered all of my questions through email immediately. The condo had everything we needed and was very clean. The location was incredible right on the Condado strip. My daughters and I felt safe and had a great experience walking up and down the strip going to all of the great restaurants and having the beach within a 5-10 minute walk. I will definitely be contacting Ray the next time we visit Puerto Rico, and I suggest you do the same!
