The apartment is a few minutes walk from Piazza S.Marco and near the famous theatre La Fenice, in an ideal position to discover the most famous but also the most fascinating and less popular places of marvellous Venice. It has been recently restored under the expert coordination of the owner Luisa, keeping the romantic Venetian character and atmosphere of the past unaltered: it has the entrance on the fourth and last floor and it overlooks three sides of the palace. The living room has a remarkable view over the wide campo S. Maurizio where a periodic and characteristic antiques market takes place; from the living room you can admire important gothic buildings and the homonymous neoclassic church built by the Venetian architect Gianantonio Selva with its majestic bell tower. The double room, with its original antique ceiling made of wooden trusses and an antique fireplace between two windows is furnished in a typical Venetian style and has a warm and comfortable atmosphere. The bathroom with shower is made in a precious three-colour glass mosaic and has washing machine and hair dryer. The elegant and cosy kitchen - fully equipped with dishwasher, microware oven, toaster, kettle, coffeemaker - gives access to the upstairs loft where you can read or rest in a small reserved area. Moreover, a fine terrace offering a breathtaking view over the roofs and a glimpse of the Grand Canal - situated just 100 m from the flat - completes the space and creates the perfect place for relaxing or romantic dinners under the stars. The lighting of the whole house is warm and diffused by lighting fixtures and Murano glass applique; curtains have been made from precious fabrics and have a typical Venetian style and colour shades. The closest water bus stop is S.Maria del Giglio, situated 3 min walk from the apartment. Casa Sara is on the first floor (16 steps staircase for this and another apartment), has a bedroom with a double bed, kitchen with a sofa bed, bathroom, heating, air conditioning with remote control, wifi, tv, towels and sheets. 4 minutes walk (without bridges) from the waterbus stop connecting to the airport or train or bus stations, an exclusive door on a famous Venetian street 10 minutes from Piazza San Marco and 12 from the Rialto bridge. On the ground floor a laundry room that you can use.

Querini Suite is located behind the Fondazione Querini Stampalia from which it takes its name. You will be welcomed by a quiet and elegant atmosphere where you can relax on the balcony looking at the canal. The flat is located in a quiet area near Campo Santa Maria Formosa and a 3-minute walk from the beautiful Piazza San Marco. It can be easily reached from Piazzale Roma, Tronchetto car park and railway station by taking the waterbus line 2 and getting off at the San Marco San Zaccaria stop.

Una settimana prima dell'arrivo verrà richiesto il documento di un solo ospite, il pagamento delle spese di pulizia (50 € per tutto il gruppo e per l'intero soggiorno) e la tassa di soggiorno. I vostri dati sono condivisi solo con la Polizia e la Municipalità. A Venezia non ci sono molti ascensori, farete circa 50 gradini ma non così ripidi. Ho un luogo dove potete lasciare le valigie.

Si può arrivare in taxi nautico direttamente a casa . Come tipico a Venezia, non ha l'ascensore ma ci occupiamo noi dei vostri bagagli al check in e al check out, non dovrete muovere niente !
