Alquiler de casas para vacaciones en San Sebastián de los Reyes

Estuvimos poco tiempo, pero lo recomiendo. Limpio, ordenado, … una estancia muy agradable. Óscar estuvo muy atento en todo momento. Muchas gracias.

This is a nice and spacious townhome in a quaint town south of Madrid. The parking garage and parking space provided are amazing and very spacious. The neighbors are friendly and our kids enjoyed playing soccer with the kids in the complex. There are some amazing running trials 5 minutes from the house that go around farms and ranches. There is a great Indian restaurant just down the street that we liked.

Ha sido una estancia increíble. La casa esta genial, y el jardín increíble. Pena que no hiciera buen tiempo para poder disfrutar de todo lo que nos ofrecía la casa. Había un cenador en la parte trasera de la casa , que se accedía por el gran ventanal de la cocina. El jardín super cuidado y daba gusto mirar por las ventanas . Muy recomendable. La zona residencial y tranquila , a escasos minutos a pie del centro del pueblito, que cuenta con restaurantes , cafeterías , supermercado... Volvería sin duda. Las habitaciones muy cómodas . Y estaba todo impoluto. La calefacción de pellets super bien también. Por ponerle un pero, las escaleras son de madera y crujen que da gusto jaja pero bueno , es algo "sin importancia" .

Es una persona encantadora....estuvo alli para recibirnos. Me preguntó si necesitábamos algo....todo genial. La casa amplia, bien comunicada, con menaje y cositas para desayunar y guisar, bien iluminada y con muchas ventanas, con aparcamiento y anfitriona pendiente de que no nos faltara nada....un gustazo.

Many thanks Mathias, Maria and family for our stay in your lovely holiday home. Such a peaceful location with beautiful mountain views. A really comfortable and homely house, we enjoyed using all the different indoor and outdoor spaces and games in the property, as well as walking to the nearby village to enjoy delicious pastries from the local bakery and a drink in the local taverna bar. We also enjoyed visits to nearby waterfall and mountain walks and the amazing The Catedral de Justo in Mejorada del Campo (about 50mins drive).

un séjour enchanteur : la maison est grande, bien équipée, très lumineuse. Située au pied des montagnes, ce qui permet de belles randonnées, et à moins d'une heure de sites magnifiques. Petit bémol : il n'y a pas de verres à vin 😁🍷

We had a great stay at the house! It was clean and spacious. The host was great—very communicative and provided good service throughout our stay, which we really appreciated. One issue we experienced was that the pool was dirty when we arrived. The weather was so hot and we had been flying all day so everything we talked about on the flight was how we really looked forward diving into the pool upon arrival! But was unable to do so! We had to ask Raquel to arrange a pool cleaner, which she did promptly, but it took a full day before the pool was usable again. The neighborhood is quiet, peaceful, and felt very safe—great for families. It’s also located close to the airport. However, the city is about 25 minutes away by taxi, which was a bit far for us, and there aren’t any supermarkets in the immediate area nor resraurants or shops. The neighborhood is also quite new so it lacks a bit of character for my taste. Overall, a comfortable and pleasant stay, and top communication with host!

Perfect location for a weekend getaway from the city. The cabin it’s just like the pictures and with a lot of seating areas outside to enjoy nature. Beds are comfy and great hot water for a warm shower. You can walk around the property and see horses and ton of birds.

Wir haben uns bei Rosario unglaublich wohl gefühlt! Schon vor unserer Ankunft hatten wir Kontakt und so die genaue Wegbeschreibung erhalten: mit der Metro in Madrid überhaupt kein Problem!!! Die Lage ist angenehm und ruhig. Supermärkte in unmittelbarer Nähe garantieren eine Versorgung mit allem. Das Haus selbst ist WUNDERVOLL!!! Alles entsprach genau der Beschreibung und war perfekt ausgestattet! Vom Duschgel über Bodylotion und Zahnpasta (und -bürsten), eine komplett ausgestattete Küche mit ALLEM, was man braucht. Zur Begrüßung Getränke, Butter, Marmelade, Milch, Schinken (im Kühlschrank) und Küchlein und Gebäck (inkl. jede Menge Kaffeekapseln); Gewürze, Oliven, Thunfisch … ich kann gar nicht alles aufzählen! Ausflugstipps und eine Kurzanleitung für alle Geräte im Haus sowie ein Plan der Metro! Alles da! Der Kontakt bei Fragen war immer blitzschnell und super sympathisch! Vielen lieben Dank für alles! Wir kommen wieder!!!

Se trata de una casa independiente. Totalmente reformada. Decoradas con gusto y muy limpia. Alrededor hay supermercados y restaurantes. Nosotros íbamos a Madrid. Queda a media hora, muy bien.

Veldig flott leilighet. Vi var på familietur, 6 voksne personer. Supert med tre bad! Bra kjøkken for å lage enkel mat. Høy standard på leilighet og interiør. Veldig imøtekommende og service minded vertskap. Vi kan absolutt anbefale denne leiligheten.

Raquel ist ein sehr offener und freundlicher Gastgeber. Er hat alles detailliert beschrieben, sodass wir uns schnell zurechtgefunden haben. Die Unterkunft ist sehr sauber und praktisch durchdacht – es hat uns an nichts gefehlt. Bei Fragen stand er uns mit Rat und Tat zur Seite. Ein besonderes Dankeschön an Raquel für die leckere Flasche Wein zur Begrüßung – sie war perfekt nach unserer langen Fahrt!

Great quiet chalet located outside of the city center— close to the metro station making it easy to go to the city! Nacho was very friendly and responsive. Plenty of space for our group of 6.

Francisco and Kenya were excellent hosts and the house was lovely. Exactly like the pictures. We got a lovely welcome and they provided juice and croissants for breakfast which I thought was a nice touch. The accommodation is a bit far from the city on public transport however we used ubers all weekend and it only took 20 minutes to get in and it wasn't that expensive for the ubers. There is also nice restaurants beside the accommodation if you didn't want to go into the city. I would highly recommend this accommodation for anyone staying in Madrid.

Eduardo's place was clean, cozy and convenient. his instructions were helpful and he even provided a video reference on how to get to the house! when i required assistance, he was quick to respond and help to solve the issue. overall, this place is highly recommended!

We had a wonderful stay at Adelaida’s casa, was very nice & very spacious. Everything worked great especially after we discovered the range top was an induction appliance, since I knew about these I had to explain how it worked to my brother-in-law, since he was unaware & was doing the cooking. The neighborhood is impressive & very secure, so we felt very comfortable taking some long walks around the various loops in the gated community. If we are ever in Madrid we will try to rent here again & advise others to do so as well!

Très bel appartement avec un magnifique jardin aménagé avec beaucoup de gout. piscine et installations sportives dans la résidence. au top !

L’appartement de Maria est fidèle aux photos, il est très douillet et très bien équipé. Il y a eu une petite fuite au niveau du plafond un soir de pluie mais Maria a été très réactive. L’emplacement est super également, un peu excentré mais le bus est à 1 minute de l’appartement et il passe régulièrement. Tout était super, merci à Maria pour sa disponibilité et sa gentillesse, quand nous reviendrons à Madrid nous logerons de nouveau ici !

The house is very comfortable and cozy, perfect to relax in after hiking. Easy access to trails from the house. Would definitely stay again!

Ya habíamos estamos nos encantó y hemos vuelto. Seguiremos volviendo siempre que tengamos ocasión. Todo fenomenal, el apartamento, el espacio, los alrededores, la atención...

Our family of 5 had a wonderful stay at this beautifully decorated home in Madrid. It was located just a five-minute walk from the Arturo Soria metro station. The home is in a quiet residential neighborhood across from a school where our kids even got to play soccer with some local children, which was such a fun experience for them. The home itself is spacious, thoughtfully designed, and had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. We especially loved the children's rooms—cozy, fun, and filled with Spanish books. I even read a few stories to my child at bedtime. We enjoyed a lovely walk to a nearby restaurant one evening, and the area felt very safe and family-friendly. The hosts were incredibly attentive and shared helpful details about the neighborhood, transportation, and places to visit. Highly recommend this stay for families looking for a peaceful and authentic experience in Madrid.

La casa es preciosa, está muy limpia y muy cuidada. La comunicación con el anfitrión ha sido excelente, te pone muchas facilidades y es muy atento. Hemos estado genial y se lo recomendaría a cualquiera.
