Can’s place was amazing. I attended an event at Dasdas, and the location was the best for it. There is big supermarket, shopping mall and restaurants just minutes of walking distance. Can was super helpful, always reply my questions and help me with lots of problem, even gave me his travel card to take the bus. Would highly recommend and hopefully will be back next time😀

Ece was an exceptional host, and our stay in her place was fantastic! The apartment was conveniently located in a vibrant and secure neighborhood of Kadikoy, with plenty of great restaurants and nightlife options within walking distance. Ece was incredibly responsive and helpful throughout our stay, making us feel right at home. I highly recommend this place for anyone looking to experience the lively side of Istanbul!

Only a block off rail line so yea, you hear the electric trains. Earplugs at night muffled enough for sound sleep. I loved how easy it was to catch train into the city and the entire neighborhood. Many options in immediate area and going down to the Sea of Marmaray. Didn’t have reason to interact with Alper other than check-in and out but really appreciate that he allowed me early check-in once apartment was ready.

Ich danke sehr an Herr Bayram. Die Kommunikation war gut, er kümmert sich um das Wohl der Kunden. Das Unterkunft war sauber, mit schönen Möbel eingerichtet. Wir waren sehr zufrieden und kommen sich wieder !

The apartment was great and had beautiful views of the island, the water and the city. Everything was as described and Müge was very helpful responding to messages quickly, would definitely recommend!

Aba bey çok ilgili kibar bir ev sahibi , konaklamamızın başından sonuna ihtiyacımız olduğumuzda kendisine ulaşabildik,eve ilk girişimizde adaya dair bizi bilgilendirmeleriyle ve önerileriyle bize yardımcı oldu konaklamanın olduğu bölge sessiz,kendinizi dinleyebileceğiniz ve manzaranın tadını çıkarabileceğiniz bir noktada ,ev tertemizdi mutfakta işimizi kolaylastıracak şeyler mevcuttu artı olarak aba beyin ikramları oldu onlarıda tükettik,çarşaflar bembeyaz ve tertemizdi ben çok rahat bir insanım ama arkadaslarım bu konuda hassaslardı onlar evin hijyeninden çok memnun olduklarını belirttiler,evin iç dekarasyonu fotoğraflarda göründüğü gibiydi , sadece keske piyano çalmayı bilseydik 😂 ama bir iki tıngırdattık tatlı zevkleri olan bir çiftin müthis dekarasyonlu evini herkese öneririm kesinlikle bir kez daha ziyaret edeceğiz☺️

erkek arkadaşımla birlikte iki hafta kaldık ve çok memnun kaldık bir sorun olduğunda hızlıca dönüş yapıldı ev de çok fazla imkan vardı özellikle mutfakta kesinlikle tavsiye ederim😀👍🏻

Yatak odasındaki bir pencere hafif aralık kaldığı için oda biraz soğuktu. Araya bir şey sıkıştırarak sorunu çözdük. Mutfak malzemeleri yemek yapmak için pek yeterli değildi. Evin konumu sahile çok yakın. Sorularımız için iletişime geçtiğimizde çok hızlı dönüş aldık. Kışın şehirden çok uzaklaşmadan sakin bir kaçamak yapmak için ideal.

Murat bey ve sevgili eşi çok sıcakkanlı bir karsilama yaptılar. Her konuda yardımcı oldular. Ev harika bir biçimde tertemizdi. Evde ve mutfakta ihtiyaciniz olabilecek her husus düşünülmüştü. Tatilinizin güzel gecmesinde evde olan konfor çok etkiliydi. herşey için teşekkür ederiz.

Great place, with amazing views of the Bosphorus. Nicely decorated, but guests would need a small shopping trip for provisions as minimal provided (and no complimentary bottled water or coffee pods). Previous reviews on the stairs are not exaggerated so one to watch for older guests and/or anyone with substantial luggage. But worth it for the view. Good advice from the host and previous guests re problems with the address for taxis - we used the Rumeli Kale câfé address, which worked. The two upstairs bedrooms had issues with power (easily and quickly explained by the hosts), heating and no hot water and unfortunately smelt bad. Would recommend.

Bu ev gerçekten cennetten bir köşe. Çok keyifli, çok sıcak, her türlü imkan mevcut. 4 yetişkin rahatlıkla konaklayabilir. Evin meyve ağaçlarıyla dolu çok şirin bir bahçesi var. Hem bahçede, hem balkonda yemeklerinizi yiyebileceğiniz masalar var. Ev çok merkezi bir yerde, iskeleye sadece birkaç dakikalık yürüme mesafesi var, ama yatak odaları bahçeye bakıyor ve evin içi çok huzurlu ve sessiz. Evde ütüden kahve makinalarına kadar ihtiyaç duyduğumuz her şey mevcuttu. Bahar aylarında evin bahçesi dünyanın en güzel yeri olabilir. Biz sonbaharda konakladık, ama baharda tekrar geleceğiz. Heybeliada’da konaklamak istiyorsanız, gerçekten fazla uzağa gitmenize gerek yok. Son olarak, ev sahibi çok nazik ve yardımsever biri, balkondaki bisikleti kullanmamıza ve bahçeden nar toplamamıza izin vererek bize harika bir ev sahibi oldu, kusursuz bir deneyimdi bizim için.

Très jolie appartement dans un quartier calme. Proche de toute commodités restaurant magazin le train etc.. appartement très propre . Hôte très attentionné et toujours disponibles.

The place looks like the pictures. Do note that the place is on level 0 so in my opinion it’s colder :) regardless, we’re satisfied the heater & hot water works just fine. The place is clean & they pretty much have all the utensils for cooking. We like it! The environment is the best, it’s in a quiet neighborhood, close to bus and metro as well as mini market (price is reasonable) to supply us. Ferhat is responsive, his team is friendly & helpful! My family love his place as our first stay together in istanbul :)

Die schön moderne und gut ausgestattete Wohnung befindet sich in einem neuen Gebäude direkt am Metropol Einkaufszentrum auf der asiatischen Seite Istanbuls. Wir empfanden dies als super praktisch, da man alle Erledigungen zu Fuß erreichen konnte & Bäckereien sowie Restaurants & Cafés direkt in der Nähe waren. Die Wohnung hat einen tollen Ausblick über Istanbul und war sehr modern und sauber. Wir können es sehr empfehlen! Danke nochmal, für den flexiblen Check-in!! ☺️

Celal's apartment was very clean with all basic amenities and services. They offered us to and fro cab service for airport. They were present to receive us. also helped us carry our bags to the apartment and also while leaving the apartment. They were responsive and brought us another lighter for the stove when asked for. They also treated us with Turkish delights and a nice souvenir. They were very friendly and showed affection to our 8 months old baby. The apartment's location is also good and tram/bus stops are nearby. Just keep in mind that Istanbul is a bit hilly so walking uphill for the tram stop with a baby can be tricky. Overall a very good experience. P.S. The location which is shown in the app and the actual location of the apartment is a bit different, although they escort you to the actual location themselves. But in the description of this listing they don't mention that the apartment is on the 4th floor with no lift. So, people with baby or old age can have problem.

We stayed as a family of four, travelling with two young children. The host and his uncle were very organised with our request for them to arrange a taxi transfer from the airport with a child car seat installed, and checked the details with us a week before our arrival. We were personally welcomed and greeted at the door by uncle despite a late arrival around 9-10pm in the evening, and he helped us carry our many bags up to the 5th floor via the lift. The property is located on a hill, so we appreciated the transfer directly to the front door. The apartment was modern, spacious and well equipped with all of the necessary amenities, and they even organised a change of linen, towels and cleaning of the apartment during our stay for no extra cost. Our children especially loved the playground nearby at the bottom of the street. Thank you for a wonderful stay!

Appartement très agréable avec une vue somptueuse sur le Bosphore À proximité du tram et du grand bazar L’entrée dans le hall de l’immeuble fait un peu « peur » mais une fois chez Ferat on est comme dans un cocon Quartier assez calme malgré l’animation d’Istanbul

Wir waren für eine Woche Gäste in dieser außergewöhnlichen Wohnung und haben uns dort sehr, sehr wohl gefühlt. Die Lage ist zentral in unmittelbarer Nähe zum Galata Turm und bietet fantastische Ausblicke über die Stadt, sowohl tagsüber als auch Nachts. Ein großes Danke an Neriman für die Taxi Arrangements bei unserer An- und Abreise, sowie die Restauranttipps! Wichtig zu wissen: die Wohnung befindet sich im 5. Stock eines historischen Hauses. Es gibt dort keinen Aufzug, was für uns kein Problem war. Wir kommen sehr gerne wieder!

It was a nicely put up space that worked well for us. Felt like home away from home. Very convenient as there were stores to get our basic grocery as well well coffee shops around. The Galata Tower and tram station are also at a walkable distance. The only drawback for us was that one of the WC doors wouldn't latch up and one of the bedrooms did not have a latch from inside but would close only from the outside. These are suggestions so that the owner could take notice and take this immaculate and homely space a notch higher. Overall, we loved the small details and rustic charm of the place. Very centrally located. Pay attention to instructions on how to find the house, which is a littel difficult. The view was spectacular and the apartment very spacious. Only problem we had was with the shower in the hall bathroom. It leaks and is broken. Need to be replaced. We all shared the shower in the master and it wasn't a problem.
