Close enough to walk to town restaurants & shops, Asilomar State Beach & other sites all within minutes of our home. Private yard with a deck & outdoor furniture for entertaining. Lic. # 0289 - Our City STR Permit restricts us to a max of 2 adults/1 car per reservation. Any additional guests MUST be under 18 years old. The home is in a safe secluded area and offers keypad entry, driveway parking, and 2 car garage. Please note this home is not on the beach. It is on the other side of Highway 1 and the mapped location is accurate.

Outside BBQ area. Ten mins. drive to downtown and the beach. Ten mins. to Seca Raceway. Our Home works best for three couples and maybe two children. Enjoy all amenities, guests love it here! Please when you fill out the number of guests put it in exactly. It will be much less complicated later.
