Nestled in the beautiful hills of Grafton New York Greyhouse welcomes you. Grey house is a one story home that has been completely renovated with your comfort in mind. Adjacent to Greywacke Meadows. The 3 bedrooms are attractive and comfortable and sleep up-to six guests. Master bedroom has a private bathroom and a main bathroom is centrally located. Not wheelchair accessible at this time as there are stairs into the house. Multi level porches and a large patio with seating areas.

Overlooking beautiful Burden Lake, the gem of the Rensselaer Plateau, Hummingbird Cottage is a peaceful, comfortable, adorable vacation home. Famous for clear water and year-round fishing, Burden Lake is the largest lake in Rensselaer County. Kayaks & canoes are provided. Centrally located 20 min from Albany, 40 min from Saratoga, 30 min from the Berkshires, & a 1 mile paddle to Kay’s Pizza! See eagles, ospreys, and, yes, hummingbirds! This cabin is our most romantic cabin on the property. Our gigantic rain shower in the bathroom has an 8'x5' wall mirror and a French door that opens out to the forest. If you are a cook, this cabin is a chef's dream. You might also like our stunning new cabin called The Farmhouse.

Our lake house is on Glass Lake in Averill Park, NY. In case you want to venture off, it is close to Saratoga (race season!), the Berkshires MA, Albany NY, and Vermont. Incredibly private with spacious property. Our lake house is great for families with kids and couples, and handicap accessible. It is great for any season (leaves, skiing, fishing, swimming). Kayaks, row boat.....and the lake!! Booking guest must be at least 25 years old.
