TV, good wifi, books games and beach stuff available. One family car space outside plus off street nearby free. Located in the old town, 2 min. walk from all facilities No smoking in flat or balcony

This is a comfortable flat for 2 people, with amazing views of Swanage bay. Stairs lead up to the flat which is on the 3rd floor of a Victorian villa. It is a 5-10 minute walk to the town centre and beaches, it is also ideally located for the south west coastal path on the cliffs above Swanage. The property is located on a hill, as are most properties to the right(looking to sea) of the town centre. Westcliff Penthouse is a rare apartment for its location as not many places have such easy access to Bournemouth beach and pier. The views from the balcony and lounge and bedroom windows of the sea, old Harrys rocks and Bournemouth as well as Sandbanks beach is simply remarkable and unbeatable. The apartment consists of 2 king sized beds although we can organise an extra single bed if needed and a travel cot too. I usually meet guests upon arrival and show them everything they need to know
