If you are traveling through Sandwich, this loft is a must-see. We recommend this space for two people. While you can technically fit 4, it is quite crowded. If you plan to use the hot tub or sauna, please let us know in advance so we can set it up for you.

Hello vacation! The 1st floor of this renovated home has a gorgeous kitchen with a huge island ideal for meal prep, eating, hanging out and more! Walking up the stairs you’ll find a beautiful living room. You can enjoy ocean views from here or the deck which is just through the sliding doors. Manomet Boathouse Station #31

The Boathouse was a part of the Manomet Coast Guard Station on Manomet Point. When the station was decommissioned and eventually dismantled, the Boathouse was moved and attached to our home as a separate space. Guests will have full and private access to this beautiful and spacious 1,800 square foot home with 11 foot vaulted ceilings and antique southern exposure windows. The open first floor has a living room, kitchen, pool table and bathroom. A spiral staircase leads to the bedroom.

This beautifully furnished, waterfront, 2 bedroom suite is perfect for people seeking to unwind at a Cape Cod getaway, close to Cape Cod canal and boardwalk and within the historic township of Sandwich, with ocean beaches near by. It has a wrap-around deck overseeing the lake, with access from every room on the lower deck and separate entrance. Each room has spectacular views of the lake and evening sunsets. Our private beach is a few steps away and is available for your enjoyment.

This is your vineyard home, where you can walk or ride a bike less than a mile to the beach or two into town.
