The flat has its designated parking space. The multi-family building is completely barrier-free from parking lot to the flat.

There are numerous beautiful hiking and biking routes, and the Erdener Treppchen is highly recommended for experienced hikers. Also, visit the many wineries and taste the local cuisine.

Die von 2013-2017 mit historischen Baustoffen ökologisch sanierte Ferienwohnung besteht aus 3 Zimmern, Küche und Bad für 2-3 Personen in der 1. Etage des "Alten Fährhauses". Gastfreundschaft hat in unserer Familie eine lange Tradition, das belegen die vielen Eintragungen in unsere Gästebücher aus der ganzen Welt. Die geräumige, liebevoll eingerichtete Ferienwohnung liegt am Rand der Weinberge in der ersten Etage eines ehemaligen Aussiedlerhofes. Genießen sie von hier den herrlichen Ausblick auf die Weinberge und die Mosel. Aktivurlaub mit Wandern und Radfahren oder einfach nur chillen und genießen. Hier ist alles möglich. 2 E-Bikes oder Fahrräder können sicher abgestellt werden.

Vineyard - Top floor apartment at the Wine Quarter

The Wine Quarter was built in 1937 by a family of winegrowers and was thus characterized by viticulture. Later it was then inhabited by a wine merchant. 2016 we bought the house and renovated over two years. Now we hope that you enjoy and experience the Mosel wine region in Pünderich, one of the charming places at the Middle Mosel.

Diese besondere Unterkunft hat einen ganz eigenen Stil. Es ist ein Maisonette Apartment, mit eine gemütlichen Balkon der zur Innenseite des Hofes geht. Vor kurzem haben wir die komplette Wohnung kernsaniert in einem alten Fachwerkhaus.
