The kitchen has new appliances with gas stove, dishwasher and attached laundry room. This home is great for families, large groups and corporate retreats.

Stay on the best street in town!

This four bedroom house is located on Eucalyptus Avenue, the best street in Avalon. the street is pedestrian only and is much quieter than the other streets because of there are no go carts zooming up and down. The house is also one block from the supermarket and a few blocks from the pier and beach. The house itself is a quintessential Catalina charmer and like many of the older homes in Catalina, the floor has a gradual slope to the rear. Business License # 010990
