Great AirBnb, location is not far from downtown Santa Fe. Very convenient for getting to the plaza, de Vargas mall, and all of the restaurants. Hosts were great. Perfect adobe house, representative of Santa Fe living.

Victor’s place was perfect for our family. The outside is very charming with the lantern lights and front patio. The house is extremely comfortable and well stocked. We were able to easily make coffee and breakfast each morning, especially with both Trader Joe’s and Whole Foods so close. We loved Victor’s local recommendations. Overall this was a top notch Airbnb, couldn’t be more pleased.

Great place, Kelly was pleasant and responsive, a positive experience.

We stayed here for a few nights during our first visit to New Mexico. The place is exactly as the listing promised. It was spacious, had all the amenities that we needed, & came with a very comfortable bed. The aesthetics & design of the interior felt authentically New Mexican. The location was great too, we only had to drive ~20-30 minutes to get to places like Santa Fe & Los Alamos. We did run into an issue with our toilet during our stay, but Ryan was super responsive & remedied the issue quickly. Would highly recommend this location to any couple looking for a peaceful & comfortable place to stay!

This is a great place that is convenient to everything in Madrid. The instructions to check in were clear and thorough, and responses to communication through the app were speedy. The house itself was tidy and spacious for two guests. I only wish I had booked a second night!

Lissa’s place was perfect for our low-key bachelorette weekend! There are a ton of beds, which made sleeping arrangements super comfortable for the 7 of us. The kitchen was fully stocked, and the living room and dining area were cozy for hanging out. The home has some beautiful features. The outdoor space was peaceful, though we didn’t spend much time outside in the yard. Lissa left a ton of great recommendations (and goodies!) and was easy to communicate with. This is definitely her home, but we appreciated the lived-in feel (so many airbnbs have a similar look and can feel a little sterile). We really enjoyed our stay and are so grateful to Lissa for hosting us!

This is the perfect home for 2 couples. Lots of space and areas to relax. The owner’s collection of southwestern art and décor kept me entertained and curious about the local area. There were plenty of towels, extra pillows and comfy beds. The kitchen was easy to use and we cooked breakfast every day. There is a private patio out back with room to eat or cook out. Our stay included a surprise snow storm and we enjoyed the fireplace very much. The location is about a 15 minute walk to the square. We also enjoyed the little Italian restaurant just up the street. Would love to stay there again.

My stay at Dina and Adam's guest house was a special time - just what I needed to get away from city life, and spend time tucked away in high desert nature area of Santa Fe. I hiked nearby most everyday. The casita was quiet and beautiful, with a full kitchen for me to cook/eat at home while I was writing and working online. Dina and Adam (and their large puppy;) were all friendly, and I barely saw them even though they live right across the road. Thank you Dina and Adam for a wonderful experience in the casita!

We had a lovely time at Myra's place. The house was just as it appeared in the listing photos, was very clean and comfortable. Myra was very responsive and easy to communicate with. Highly recommend!

There were 12 of us, my family, my sister's family and my niece's family. Our youngest member is 2. This house was perfect for us. The house was thoughtfully put together. Plenty of bathroom, pool and kitchen towels. Three livings areas and several outdoor spaces. We never felt crammed together. There were appropriate toys even for the 2 yr old. Lots for the older kids to do too. A couple of our teenagers skipped a day of going into Santa Fe because they were having do much fun at the house. Kitchen was well appointed and although not a huge amount of counter space, we had no problem cooking meals for the 12 of us. I also loved that the checkout procedures were easy and quick. We would love to go back anytime. I should also add that William was great and answered my messages in less than a minute.

So glad we switched from an in town booking to this location. It’s about 20 mins outside Santa Fe, but sooo much nicer away from the bustle of town. Sunsets and view of the distant hills are gorgeous here from the back patio. Pictures don’t do it justice. Hot tub is great amenity here too. Hostess very responsive. Enjoyed the trail right out the back of the property. Very nice location in the El Dorado development. Convenient gas, grocery nearby if you do need anything. Quick access to highway. Very comfortable home away from home. Highly recommend if you need more space than a hotel room would provide. Spacious rooms. Lots of space for everyone to spread out. Very nice layout and natural lighting throughout. No complaints. No issues. Would highly recommend and definitely stay here again if traveling to the area. So much to see and do. I don’t think you would be disappointed in any way staying here.

Michele and Alex have created something truly special—a peaceful, welcoming retreat that instantly feels like home. They’re the kind of hosts who make you feel like old friends—warm, thoughtful, and genuinely kind. Their property is stunning—secluded and serene, yet just minutes from downtown. Whether you’re looking to unwind or explore, it’s the perfect balance. And for fellow dog lovers—it doesn’t get better. Thor and Frank were not only welcomed, they were spoiled—complete with their own photo shoot on the property. Can’t recommend it enough. We enjoyed the beautiful scenery and great location of this property. Very easy to get around to do all of our favorite sightseeing AND eating.

Wonderful casita, thoughtfully designed, and equipped with everything you need. Felt right at home. Everything was super walkable and the neighborhood is gorgeous. Gordon and Mitski are so kind and friendly, would absolutely stay here again!

I've stayed in many vacation rentals and Steven's home in Santa Fe was by far the best! Steven was always so responsive, especially when answering all the questions I sent! The home is gorgeous! The setting is gorgeous! I so enjoyed watching 5 deer just outside the front door! The home was so well prepared and had everything I could use throughout my 10-day stay. The kitchen was stocked with all the cookware, utensils and serving pieces I would need to make a gourmet dinner. Bathrooms were exceptionally clean and also had anything I needed. The beds were so comfortable and the sheets were super soft! And the local grocery store even delivered to the property!! Steven's restaurant recommendations were perfect! My family had a great time in Santa Fe and it was made even better by Steven's home. I would suggest this vacation home to everyone looking to visit Santa Fe!!

This is a truly beautiful property- so unique and peaceful. It’s well designed and has great views. It’s a quick drive to the main downtown area in Santa Fe. Definitely be aware though that it’s much smaller than it appears in pictures. There is no common area inside to sit in which makes it a little awkward at times. I think the property is better for a couple (and maybe one child) but wouldn’t recommend it for 4 people as advertised. The hosts were both very responsive and kind!

This authentic southwestern adobe house is in a quiet neighborhood with a beautiful view of the surrounding hills. Many of the rooms in the home open onto the private courtyard which has a lovely pond and fountain. This was perfect for our stopover traveling with dogs. The house has all of the amenities we needed and plenty of space. Our host was immediately responsive and helpful. Our stay was relaxing and we will definitely return the next time we travel to Santa Fe.

This was the most amazing place! The management was easy to work with and responsive, the location was unreal, and it was so nice and cozy!

Christine’s place is amazing and she was super responsive. One of the best rentals I have stayed in. She has thought of everything from the infused water to the orange juice in the fridge. Its location is secluded but close enough to be in the plaza in a few minutes. We felt safe and at home. With the African decor of the home it was a nice change to what I am used to. The bathroom and kitchen are perfect for a couple. The bed was comfortable but on the firm side and had exquisite linens. I slept like a baby. The floors on the upper home were heated so that was a nice addition. The porches were nice to view the scenic hillsides. The internet was good and would be excellent for someone teleworking. I will stay here again in the future.

Our family of six stayed at The Oasis for three nights, including New Year’s Eve, and we couldn’t have been happier with our experience. Julie and Scott were incredibly attentive and welcoming. Julie greeted us upon arrival and provided all the necessary details about the house, which made us feel right at home. The Casita is a spacious 3-bedroom, 2-bath home that is both comfortable and beautifully equipped with everything you need for a memorable stay. The master bedroom is modern and feels brand new, while the solar room is exceptionally cozy. The house offers stunning views, and the expansive property was a dream for our dogs, who had plenty of space to roam freely. The kitchen, though small, is modern and fully equipped with all the essentials for cooking. Julie was especially accommodating, allowing us a late check-out at 12 PM since we were leaving on January 1st after New Year’s gathering. We appreciated the thoughtful touches throughout the home that made our stay so special.

So quiet and relaxing! Only issue was how difficult it was to get in and out of the hot tub. Crawling on hands and knees for senior citizens was very difficult. Everything else was awesome!!

Stayed here for our honeymoon and we loved it! It’s a beautiful home a little ways from town so you’re away from the hustle and bustle of the city. The home felt very cozy and homey when we stayed there. We loved cuddling up on the couch and watching movies. The bath was amazing! I loved the therapeutic tea bag that was left there to use in the bath definitely very relaxing. Shawn was very kind and welcoming, didn’t get a chance to meet them, but I definitely will when we go back! Would come again for sure!

Finding enough bedrooms for our group's annual retreat is always a challenge, and this place worked perfectly. This place was everything as advertised. A couple of comments--not criticisms, just observations: If you are looking for 'fancy hotel' finishes, this is not the spot. Surfaces are a little worn--clearly the house had seen lots of 'love.' Also, there were exactly as many plates and mugs as we were registered for, but the sleeping *capacity* was more, so if you have 2 people in some beds instead of 1 as we did, you'll need to serve dinner to some guests in the water glasses. Perhaps they will upgrade this tiny detail in the future. But everything felt "well scrubbed" so we felt very comfortable.

Great location, easy walk to Plaza. Looks like the photos. Mo was friendly and answered questions quickly. Provided entry codes and directions ahead of time. The Casitas are clean and very comfortable. Highly recommend
