Several times a year it might be out for a few hours or so . There is ample parking. You might see the resident bobcat and fox through every day. You’re a 10 second walk from downtown Bell Street. Freeway, east of property, can be heard on north side of house only. Small gatherings allowed (w/ permission).

Walking to the beach is a just a short stroll down a windy little road filled with cool beach vibes. Cross a little wooden bridge and walk down a block or two and you are right in front of the Oceano dunes. Plan a bonfire and make s’mores on the beach. About 20 minutes to Vandenburg Air Force base.
