Whitney’s place was honestly the best Airbnb we have ever stayed at! The place looked exactly like the pictures and was absolutely spotless. I made a comment to my husband that there wasn’t even a speck of dust anywhere! And Whitney was so friendly and responsive! Couldn’t have asked for a better stay for our anniversary. Thank you Whitney!

7B was exactly as described and just what we were hoping for. Direct, private access to the beach made this place unforgettable. Unit had everything we needed to cook and care for our family (couple + 3 small kids) and even some beach chairs to use. We were very happy spending our spring break at Stick in the Sand.

We had a wonderful stay at Kassi's. The apartment was super clean and tidy and very accessible. Kassi was very kind and accommodating, and we felt very at home. We highly recommend Kassi's place for a nice quiet stay.

Jeff’s place is always my go to spot when on beach vacation or a weekend getaway! His place is clean and close to the beach. Jeff is always one email away for anything I may have had a question about and I will be staying here again! I recommend staying here to everyone whether it’s a family trip or an adults only trip!!!

The house was peaceful and in a quiet historic neighborhood. Dick had bikes available for us and even offered a bike tour! The house had plenty of amenities, we didn’t need anything because it was all there! The bedrooms were beautiful and quiet. I highly recommend this house!

Our 2nd time staying at Seagrove Studio. It is always a pleasure visiting the area and Laura's home. Full of nostalgia. We will be back.

Gorgeous area Jonathan & Holly had, enjoyed our stay very peaceful and beautiful surroundings, had no problem finding the area and they were very specific upon our arrival which simplified everything, definitely worth the visit will be happy to stay again!

The place was just like the pictures and our stay was peaceful and quiet. After spending the day at the beach we would return to our peaceful and quiet stay.

It was a very nice place close to Johnson’s beach for a girls trip! Dylan was very quick to reply and even let us check in early, they even left some snacks and drinks as a welcome package we would definitely stay again! The only thing they could add to make the place better would be a full length mirror but it was a great stay and would recommend!

We absolutely enjoyed our stay at Bella Blue! The property was everything we expected and more. Sonya provides so many little extras like beach towels, bonfire supplies, rafts and noodles for the ppl, etc. we instantly felt at home and loved the private backyard. The pool was perfect - a great temperature, clean and well maintained. Our dog loved the fenced in yard and instantly loved meeting Sonya! We would highly recommend this place and hope to visit again soon!

Great location, Quiet neighborhood. My daughter and I loved the space. Room was pristine and the kitchen had everything we could have needed. Super close to everything we needed to do on the downtown/ convention center area and the beach is not too far. Hosts responsive and accommodating. We would definitely stay here again.

Our stay was short, but super clean and super comfortable. My son and love Pensacola, but prefer to be away from the noise of the beach hotels. Maddi and Mason were as kind and responsive as anyone can be. It was exactly what we needed. Would stay here again and again!

I would definitely stay here again. Very peaceful, even when there were renters upstairs in the main house. Nicely done apartment. Some road noise, but not enough to be an issue and I'm a light sleeper. I did use the sound/white noise device they provided. Why not? it was there. AC and dehumidifiers kept this basement space comfortable. Close to anything and everything you could need or want. Quick response to all communications. Perfect for our 10 day stay; two adults. Full-size pickup took a bit of maneuvering to turn around in the driveway, but really no problem. Depending on when and how long you stay, be prepared to take garbage cans to/from road.

We had such a wonderful stay at this beautiful in-law suite in the heart of the Prominence neighborhood on 30A! The location is unbeatable—so close to Rosemary Beach, Seaside, Alys Beach, and Grayton Beach, making it perfect for exploring all the best of 30A. The suite itself was immaculate, cozy, and provided the perfect retreat after days spent at the beach. Elizabeth's team (Tyler and Kayla) were absolutely fantastic—friendly, responsive, and always available to help with anything we needed. We can’t wait to come back and stay again!

This is my second time at this location and it’s always so clean and host is super helpful and responsive! I always look for this place when I am in town!! It’s in the heart of downtown Pensacola and just minutes away from the Beach!

We booked this place for our anniversary trip, and we absolutely LOVED the place! It feels cozy, plenty of outdoor space with both patio and garden, well-kept, clean and beautifully decorated to give relaxing and summer vibes. The neighborhood is quiet, clean and peaceful (the neighbors are also very nice) and it is really, really easy to move around walking or, of course, with a car, since so much is nearby. Connie is a wonderful host, sweet, kind, responsive and made sure we had all the information with detailed instructions and pictures even on where to park, so everything was clear upon our arrival. The house has many beach amenities and it also is stocked just right for enjoying your stay there with both washer, dryer a kitchen and many towels, perfect for the beach. We love the area and how easy it is to get to the beach from the house, both walking or by car to go to Seagrove - only 5 minutes away and stunning. Thank you again Connie for your kindness and the beautiful home.

Everything about the Cedarwood exceeded our expectations. By far the best air b&b I’ve ever stayed at. Highly recommend booking a stay here. Priscilla is very friendly and responsive, the space is inviting, clean, safe, and an excellent location!

We loved our first vacation to the area and staying here so much that we had to go back! Beautiful, peaceful, and ideally-located are just a few ways we would describe this Airbnb. Connie is truly kind and genuine, and I would feel good sending my most loved friends or family members to stay in her place. I love that we don't have to worry about stopping to pick up toilet paper or laundry detergent when first arriving. Although I was happy to come home after our trip, I do miss the heavenly bed and bedding in the bedroom of this home. I even took a picture of the tags on some of the pillows and bedding before leaving. If we are fortunate enough to have another vacation in the area, it would feel wrong to go anywhere else. After all, we've already found our home away from home. P.S. My son loves catching and photographing all of the different lizards and frogs each day. He is always able to find something to do, even while we are relaxing at the Airbnb.

We had an awesome stay, will definitely stay here again if we’re in the area. Extremely clean house, one of the cleanest we’ve stayed in. Hosts were excellent!
