What a beautiful cabin/home nestled in the woods. Fantastic location, great house, very neat and clean. The decor is really nice and cozy. Great fire pit, and really easy to get to the lake. The view from the house is breathtaking. Lisa is very responsive--emails returned very quickly to answer all questions. We would absolutely come back and highly recommend to anyone looking for a nice weekend on a lake.

Great little spot. Convenient location off of highway to access either Saratoga, Albany, and/or surrounding areas. The shower is small, but we were well aware of that prior to booking. Check-in was super easy, and communication with host was pleasant and prompt. Certainly would book again if traveling to that area.

We had a wonderful weekend getaway at The Cottage! The location was exactly what we were hoping for—quiet, peaceful, and surrounded by nature. The babbling brook just outside the cabin added the perfect calming touch, and the secluded setting made it feel like a true escape from the hustle and bustle of New York City. The cabin itself was clean, cozy, and well-kept. One of the biggest highlights was the bed—it was incredibly comfortable, and we got some of the best sleep we've had in a long time. Even though it rained the whole weekend, the atmosphere of the cottage made it feel relaxing and special. Another plus is how close it is to downtown Saratoga Springs. There are tons of great shops and restaurants nearby, so you get the best of both worlds—peaceful nature and easy access to town. We’re already looking forward to coming back, especially during the warmer months. Highly recommend!

Wonderful host, wonderful cabin. Kitchen well stocked with everything we needed. Beds were comfortable. Especially enjoyed the deck. Unfortunately it rained several days, we made best use of our rain days with visiting museums, sightseeing. Definitely recommend.

An Adirondack Tree House Retreat

We had such a magical and special stay at Thomas’s treehouse. The treehouse itself is so charming and beautifully built. You can feel the care and attention that Thomas and is sons had put into all the details of the place. The surrounding nature in Thomas’s land was so gorgeous - we went in autumn and enjoyed the fall leaves and the magical moss everywhere. The place felt like out of a storybook. Thomas himself was the most responsive and thoughtful host. He gave us great local recommendations, was always quick to respond when we reached out - even when I had reached out late at night because I am a klutz and somehow broke his lock and locked us in or when we wanted to see if he had pans to cook over the charcoal grill. Thomas is such a sweet guy who clearly loves sharing his magical treehouse with those who appreciate it. Thank you for an incredible and special stay!

We enjoyed our stay with Lowell. He was a very helpful and friendly host. The place was nice and clean. The beds were very comfortable. We really appreciated that it was a dog friendly home as we brought our 2 dogs with us. We would definitely stay there again if we were in the area.

Fantastic views. Cozy cottages. A retreat/adventure rolled into one. Tons to do in the area, Lake George just minutes away if you are looking for a bit more hustle and bustle, or stay lakeside and enjoy the complimentary kayaks and of course if you’re up for a bit more of a challenge head out early to climb Hadley and take in the breath taking views Lake Luzerne has to offer! My family will definitely be heading back next summer. Thanks Chandelier

Loved our stay! Property way beautiful and clean. Very roomy for our family of 9, great full kitchen, and comfy beds. Spent a lot of time in the backyard enjoying the lake and kayaks Shawn had available. Location on Lake Luzerne was perfect because it's so private and away from the crowd on Lake George but is only a short 15 minute drive to the village. Shawn was very responsive and flexible, so easy to communicate with! Definitely recommend staying here 10/10!

My daughter and I stayed for a night. Everything was super clean and comfortable. Hosts were great very friendly and accommodating. The house is shared as stated in description. My only suggestion would be fixing the door between their area and the guest area. And darkening curtains. But overall felt very welcome and comfortable. Appreciate the hospitality.
