Villa Sottosopra - Il Limone

Our villa is located at the entrance of Chianni (Pisa) and was built in 2023 using original, natural materials such as brick, natural stone, and wood. Three stylish studios were created (one of which is for my private use with my two dogs), along with modern amenities and a pool. Each studio features a bedroom with a double bed, a bathroom, and a living room with a sofa bed and a fully equipped open kitchen, as well as a cozy living and dining area, making both studios ideal for longer stays.

In Montespertoli, among the rolling hills of Chianti, there is Podere Paglieri, a small family-run farm where wine and oil have been produced for generations. We are located halfway between Florence and Siena, in a perfect position to discover San Giminiano, Volterra, Siena, Lucca, and the Tyrrhenian coast, which are just a few kilometers away. The farm is surrounded by vineyards, olive groves and woods where you can walk freely, has a large and well-kept garden and a beautiful shaded terrace.

Chianni itself is not a major tourist town, but it is within close proximity to many tourist sites, such as Pisa, Florence, Volterra, San Gimignano, Castiglioncello and Chianti. All are an easy day trip while returning to quiet Chianni for a restful nights sleep.
