The deserted Dookinella stone village still stands in the field nextdoor. Keel village is a 5-minute drive with restaurants, local butcher selling Achill lamb and fisherman selling from boat. Hill climbing to the rear and beach walks to the front of the cottage, there are possibly few locations to compare with this cottage
