Close to Clemson, I- 85, Lake Hartwell, and Anderson. My 2023 Wildwood 28vbxl CAMPER sits in my driveway which is also home to Freedom Fences, a non profit animal rescue. This is a working farm so people are always milling around. Well behaved, housetrained animals allowed but must be crated if left alone. Great spot for Clemson football. 25 minutes to Greenville. 10 minutes from downtown Anderson. Less than 7 miles to Garrison arena. NO Smoking! If you are high maintenance, don't book!

High-end glamping paradise on the marsh minutes away from Historic District at an Old Dairy. Peacefull and private. The RV is a 2017 38ft motorhome. It is parked next to a 1/2 acre pond with fish, ducks, ospreys, egrets, lots of other wildlife. You have your own porch over the pond. There are walking trails. It's located about 3 miles from downtown Bluffton and about 5 miles from Hilton Head Is. Full sized fridge, and full kitchen. There is a large awning. There are also horses, goats, pigs, ducks, chickens, ferrets, baby racoons and squerrals.

At the Pendle-tin, you’re close to it all, yet feel tucked away in the west end of downtown Pendleton. You’re 5-8 min from Clemson’s Death Valley, and 2 blocks from downtown Pendleton where you’ll find eateries, and shops. About 5 min from the lake and about 45-50 min from the mountains. Inside you’re Equipped with a kitchen, full bath, WiFi, smart tv , queen bed and separate work space . Outside you have seating for 4 and a propane fire pit.
