Nine of us (six adults and three children) stayed in the house over the Easter weekend. It’s located within walking distance of the coast, where you can enjoy beautiful walks, explore the area, or even go for a swim. The house itself is warm and welcoming, and it has everything you might need, including a fully equipped kitchen, plenty of toys, and a great outdoor area where we had our first barbecue of the year. There are also a few bicycles one can use. Rebecka and her father-in-law were both very helpful and kind. They allowed us to check in early and check out late, which was fantastic—and especially appreciated by the children, who made the most of the trampoline. Thank you for a lovely weekend!

Amazing New house by the sea!

Johans sted var rigtig fint og rent, og med gode restauranter samt havn i gå afstand. Huset var super rent og rigtig godt indrettet Yderligere er Johan meget venlig og hjælpsom, og hurtigt responderende. Stedet kan klart anbefales og kommer gerne igen. 😊

Vistelsen hos Caroline var väldigt bra! Huset, som ligger på deras uppfart, var väldigt snygg och modern så som den beskrivs samt ren och fräscht Caroline svarade snabbt på de frågor vi hade och in- och utcheckning var väldigt enkel och smidig utan att behöva möta upp värden, vilket underlättade eftersom vi kom fram till Åhus kl 23.00. Huset ligger i ett lugnt villaområde på en lagom promenadavstånd från både Åhus torg och hamn, samt Åhus Havsbad. Uteplatsen är något inklämd mellan huset, deras förråd och staketet mellan grannarna så ser man framför sig att äta mysiga utemiddagar här varje kväll så kan det nog kännas något opersonligt. Vi är det stora hela mycket nöjda och kan varmt rekommendera att hyra huset till andra!

Mysigt hus vid havet med eldstad och spa-bad

Ubicación privilegiada dentro de una reserva natural, con vistas espectaculares. La casa está muy bien equipada, no le falta nada. El propietario vive en una casa principal dentro del mismo terreno, donde también se encuentran este alojamiento y dos más. Todas las viviendas están en la misma finca, y aunque esto no se explica del todo bien en el anuncio, esta casa y otra están muy cerca una de la otra, por lo que la privacidad es limitada. Cuenta con acceso directo a una plataforma sobre el agua para bañarse, la cual se comparte con la casa vecina. El spa no estaba en buenas condiciones de limpieza; lamentablemente, después de usarlo, nuestros hijos sufrieron una infección de oídos. Sábanas y toallas no están incluidas. Hay que pagar extra. Y el spa también hay que pagar extra y reservar tiempo, ya que se comparte con otros vecinos.

Hallo Roger und hallo Lotta, es war ein idealer Ort für unser Familientreffen. Die Villa ist ansprechend und liebevoll eingerichtet, besonders kinderfreundlich, auch im Außenbereich. Der Whirlpool hat allen sehr gefallen. Mit 10 Erwachsenen und 7 Kindern hatten wir ausreichend Platz und haben die Tage genossen. Viel zu schnell vergingen die 7Tage im April bei viel Sonnenschein. Wir können diesen wunderschönen Ort nur empfehlen! Mit dem großzügigen Begrüßungsgeschenk fühlten wir uns gleich Willkommen geheißen. Durch die offene Bauweise ist es schwer, sich zurück zu ziehen.

Das Haus von Ann-Kristin ist liebevoll dekoriert und versprüht Charme. Alles Notwendige ist vorhanden und das Grundstück sehr großzügig. Zwei Badestellen und ein Restaurant sind fußläufig erreichbar. Das Haus liegt optimal zwischen Kalmar und Karlskrona. Wer Ruhe und Meernähe sucht und Liebe zum Detail besitzt, ist hier perfekt aufgehoben.

Jacob`s house is really nice, enough space, lovely garden and terrace, well equipped kitchen, sauna for relaxing, close to everything you need, close to the bus station, space for two cars. I felt very comfortable in the house and the communication with Jacob was always great, very friendly. I can recommend to everyone who wants to stay in Ahus at a quiet place close to the beach.

We had a lovely overnight stay. The house has everything you need and lot’s of space and utensils to host many. The beach is like 30 m away. Lovely pine forest. Josefin was very responsive and gave helpful tips and instructions :)

Beautiful cottage for 5 ppl by the beach

We absolutely loved staying at this summer house! The location is just perfect, you are sheltered from the wind by the dune but still only have a one minute walk to the beach. One of the most beautiful beaches we have ever been too! The photos don‘t do it justice. Håkan was a great host, he even provided sand toys for our kids and we had everything we needed for our stay. Would love to come again!

Wir haben den Aufenthalt bei Agnetha und Jan sehr genossen. Ein schönes gemütliches Häusschen in ruhiger und abgelegener Lage und Agnetha war sehr hilfsbereit wenn man Fragen hatte. Die Sauna war ein Highlight.

It‘s a really cozy Little House with all the Basics that you Need. When we had a question Svend answered fast and could help us. We enjoyed the few days we spent there in the Winter a lot. In Summer it Must be a really nice Place too with an outdoor shower and Fire Place.

Die Unterkunft ist ein typisches sehr schönes Schwedenhaus, welches abgelegen in der Nähe eines Sees liegt. Es ist sehr schön eingerichtet und bietet alles, was man braucht. Die Gastgeber waren sehr freundlich, zuvorkommend und gut zu erreichen. Wer dem Alltsg entfliehen möchte und eine schöne Zeit in der Natur verbringen möchte, ist hier gut aufgehoben.

Great attentive host. Hands on all the way. Nice place with all you need. Location is good. I could imagine the garden would be spectacular in the summer.
