The houseboat is located in an exclusive waterfront area next to the Opera House and the Opera Park, with convenient access to the public transport, grocery store, city centre, restaurants, and cultural attractions. Optional services such as airport transfers and private chauffeur transportation are available upon request.

Located on the second floor and features sloped ceiling with a cozy charm with bright and airy feel. It consists of two rooms, offering a comfortable and inviting space for your stay. The price is based on two guests. For additional guests, there is an extra fee of 500 SEK per night per person. If you are bringing dogs, there is a fee of 500 SEK per dog for the entire stay.

Mitt lilla hus är ett prisvärt övernattningsställe med idealiskt läge. Sväng av och hitta boendet på baksidan av mitt hus. Ett eget trädäck runt huset ger en fin uteplats och om du känner för att grilla så finns allt du behöver. Vad vill du besöka? Österlen? Köpenhamn? Lund? Malmö? Hven? Boendet ligger 800 m från tågstation, tio minuters promenad från golfbana och 250 m från ICA-affär med generösa öppettider. Helkaklat badrum med dusch o toalett, kylskåp och Micro finns naturligtvis .

Välkommen till denna mysiga lantidyll där man omfamnas av hästhagar. Lugnet. Tystnaden. Skönheten från de omgivande skogarna. Här kommer man nära både djur och fantastisk natur. På gården finns hästar, katter, höns och en liten sällskaplig hund. Bortom naturbeteshagarna finns de vilda djuren. Dock inga björnar eller vargar :-) Lyxen ligger i miljön. Det lilla huset är utrustat för självhushåll, men vi erbjuder frukostkorg och andra förnödenheter på begäran. Meddela gärna önskemål i god tid.

This Beach house is situated directly to the beach with a 180 degree view to Sweden and Kronborg. Great pleasure activities (the sea, the forest, lakes, Kronborg Castle and Søfartsmuseet (Unesco Attraction). You will love this house due to he fabulous sea view, direct assess to the sea and the light. On the other side of the road is the preserved forest Teglstruphegn with large old oak trees. Very romantic. This is a place to be mindfull. Many guests just stay to enjoy the view all seasons.

Många möjligheter för promenader, vandring och cykling i närområdet så som Järavallens naturreservat, Skåneleden och Sydkustleden. Nära till badvänlig sjö och gångavstånd till havet. Förutom närheten till naturen är det också det perfekta läget mellan större städer och sevärdheter med bil, tåg eller cykel. Busstation till närliggande städer och tågstationer finns 1,4km från stugan.

Öppen planlösning med köksdel (kyl, micro, liten spis, tvättmaskin, köksbord med 4 stolar), vardagsrumsdel med bäddsoffa med 2 bäddar, Gratis WIFI internet, Smart TV . HDMI kabel finns. Separat sovloft (brant trappa) med 2 separata bäddar som kan sättas ihop till dubbelsäng. Badrum med dusch och toalett. Egen uteplats med bord för 4 personer och kolgrill.

Ett egenbyggt och härligt Tinyhouse i vår trädgård, i ett lugnt bostadsområde. Gratis parkering och wifi. Tillgång till lekplats i vår trädgård om så önskas. Det finns utemöbler och möjlighet att grilla. Här finns även laddare till elbil som kan lånas mot en kostnad. Fem minuters gångavstånd till både affär och pizzeria. 7 minuter från E6:an motorväg. Ca 1 mil till närmsta stad, Landskrona, där det finns fina badplatser, shopping och mycket annat.
