Alquiler de casas para vacaciones en Scandiano

Unsere Freundesgruppe (9 Personen) hat eine Woche in diesem wunderschönen Haus verbracht. Das Haus hat unsere Erwartungen mehr als übertroffen. Es ist wunderschön eingerichtet, super ausgestattet und bietet ausreichend Platz. Unser Highlight war der Pool, der sehr groß und sauber ist. Rolf und Livia sind sehr sympathisch und jederzeit erreichbar. Wir würden immer wiederkommen!

A lovely spacious house, elegantly and stylishly furnished (AB&B photos don't really do it justice). Beautiful tranquil location - apart from the Apennine wolves we heard howling one night (a definite bonus in our book). Lovely walks from the house along the river Dolo gorge, and especially recommend the Golfarone waterfall about 25 mins drive away. A 15-minute scramble upriver brings you to a beautiful pool for swimming under the waterfall. Also lovely local neighbours, who offered us homemade wine and jam. Good local restaurants. Alessandro was extremely helpful and friendly.

The house is very secluded and private in a small cute village on the top of the hill. The view of the valley is beautiful and the village even has some world war history Ilaria can tell you about. The garden is beautiful and very well kept bij Ilaria. Unfortunately the weather was not great in our case but we could still enjoy it a bit (end of september). All in all we had a wonderful stay, thank you very much!

Maurizio e Giulia ci hanno accolti calorosamente nella loro bellissima casa. Tutto esattamente come nelle foto, ambienti accoglienti e puliti, il posto perfetto per chi cerca relax e tranquillità. Consigliatissimo!

Lara ist eine freundliche und hilfsbereite Gastgeberin. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt bei ihr. Die Wohnung ist im unteren Stock, dafür schön kühl. Die Umgebung und der Platz rund ums Haus sind fantastisch. Vorallem der grosse Pool mit den Liegen unter den Bäumen. Die Sonnenuntergänge beim Abendessen direkt am Pool, werden uns unvergessen bleiben. Auch Glühwürmchen kann man sehen. Die Unterkunft ist eher teuer, aber super gelegen. Auch für Ausflüge bestens geeignet. Wir kommen sehr gerne wieder!

Wir hatten eine tolle Woche, in absoluter Ruhe mit einer atemberaubenden Aussicht. Die Unterkunft ist sehr schön - es ist alles vorhanden was man braucht. Der Garten ist schön angelegt und bietet Sitzmöglichkeiten. Der Pool ist sauber und gepflegt. Leider konnten wir ihn nur 2x nutzen, aufgrund der Wetterlage. Die Aussicht vom Poolbereich ist traumhaft, Abschalten und Genießen. In der Nähe gibt es gute Restaurants, eine Empfehlung lag in der Wohnung aus. Die Entfernung zum Meer/Städten ist trotz der ruhigen Lage gut.

We stayed with a group of friends at the house and had a great stay. Marjolein was very kind, always reachable and also provided a list with recommendations for the surroundings. The house was well equipped and the view from the house was outstanding. We are very thankful for the great time we had at Marjoleins beautiful place and can definitely recommend it.

Grande e bell'alloggio a Camporgiano, piccolo paesino della Garfagnana. Ottimo rapporto qualità prezzo e posizione perfetta per diverse passeggiate o trekking sulle Apuane. Alloggio grande, ben organizzato e chicca il giardino per fare colazione la mattina col sole.

The house of Miriam was very good! And also the communication with Miriam and the cooking class was excellent :) Highly recommend!

L'appartamento di Giuliana si trova in una zona residenziale tranquilla a due passi dal centro di Bologna, che può essere raggiunto comodamente a piedi in una quindicina di minuti. Dispone inoltre di un comodo posto auto: un must se si vuole arrivare a Bologna in auto e poi girare la città a piedi! L'appartamento è pulitissimo e molto luminoso situato al sesto piano e quindi lontano dai rumori della strada. Giuliana si è inoltre dimostrata molto disponibile e flessibile per quanto riguarda l'orario di arrivo e ha fornito indicazioni precise e puntuali su come effettuare il check in in autonomia. Consiglio assolutamente!

Fermatevi qui per qualche giorno di pace e armonia e lasciatevi affascinare dalle storie di questi luoghi raccontate da Marco e Alessandro, persone accoglienti e gentili. Il loro entusiasmo per il borgo e i sentieri che lo circondano è contagioso. Condividete le serate gustando un buon bicchiere di vino, rinfrescatevi al ruscello sotto casa e esplorate i sentieri intorno alla casa immersa nel bosco. La casetta è provvista di tutto il necessario: il letto è comodissimo e l'acqua in casa proviene direttamente dal ruscello di montagna, limpida e genuina. Vi consiglio di portare qualche vivero, poiché non ci sono negozi nei dintorni se non a diversi chilometri di distanza. Qui troverete tranquillità assoluta, aria fresca e storie antiche. Niente auto, inquinamento e pericoli per i bambini: un vero sogno! Il tempo passa molto lentamente, riportando il ritmo della vita a una dimensione umana. Siamo stati (2 coppie di adulti) dal 24 al 27 aprile ospiti di Anna Maria. Casa molto bella, come da descrizione, nella campagna vicino Felino. È situata su una collinetta contornata da verde. È vicino a Felino ma è sempre necessario prendere l'auto per muoversi. Nelle vicinanze ci sono vari supermercati ed ottimi ristoranti (consiglio la Culatelleria a Sanguinaro) Ottima come punto di partenza per visitare i dintorni (abbiamo visto Parma, Fontanellato, Sala Baganza, Castello di Torrechiara). È stato un bel soggiorno. Host disponibile e gentile.

Un séjour bref chez Piera mais le logement correspondait bien à l'annonce. Endroit très calme.

El apartamento es muy bonito, está bien equipado. Es muy tranquilo, hay mucha naturaleza en los alrededores, fácil acceso al transporte público. El apartamento queda cerca a 20 minutos caminando a pizzerías y a supermercados. Lo recomiendo 100% 😄.

Luxury in Milan: First, if you are wondering about the host, you shouldn't. Paola is the perfect combination of professional and personal. She was an amazing host, who met us at the door and made us feel right at home. It's clear that she loves her city, and was excited to share with us many restaurant and experience recommendations that were perfect. She was very responsive to communications, and went out of her way to help us with a luggage issue our son had. The living space is Immaculately clean, with separate upstairs and downstairs bathrooms, both with spacious showers. It's a combination of uncluttered but still decorated very tastefully. The appliances work very well, and there is good AC if you need it. The WiFi is blazing fast (>500Mbps). The main bedroom features a very comfortable king size bed. The location is ideally located: a short, safe walk to both the station and city center. If we are lucky enough to return to Bologna, we would certainly stay here again.

Abbiamo trascorso un soggiorno davvero piacevole in questo appartamento accogliente e curato nei minimi dettagli. La pulizia era impeccabile, e il camino perfettamente funzionante, con legna fornita gratuitamente dall’host. L’appartamento è immerso nella tranquillità degli Appennini modenesi, un luogo ideale per chi cerca di staccare dalla frenesia quotidiana. Nelle vicinanze ci sono diversi sentieri per escursioni a piedi, perfetti per esplorare la natura circostante. Sergio e sua moglie sono stati degli host eccezionali: gentili, disponibili e mai invadenti. Consigliatissimo per una pausa rigenerante!

Nous avons passé un sejour de rêve. L acceuil d Enzo et Anateresa et leurs amis etait formidable .Ils ont été attentifs a tout et tellement gentils . C'est une maison ou on se sent comme chez soi et proche de beaucoup de jolies villes a visiter : Carpi Verone Sirmione et le lac de Garde et Mantova . Nous adorons l Italie et depuis notre rencontre avec Enzo et Anateresa on a juste hâte d' y revenir Jean paul e Brigitte

We loved our stay at David's place near Comano. Beautiful surroundings with authentic feel. 7 of us were very comfortable. Loved the deck and the pool. Gorgeous town with cafe right across!

A beautiful home with the most magnificent view and surroundings! Getting there: We drove SUV cars, which is reccomended as the road to the house is quite steep. Drive to the house via the small town Eglio. The house: The house is beautiful! Every room has a stunning chestnut ceiling and the interior is kept simple but elegant. It is easy to cook own meals in the lovely kitchen. Everything is clean and tidy! The owner: Due to traffical issues from Bologna, we arrived a couple of hours late, but owner of the house Richard was very kind and did not make an issue of this. Richard was also kind to reccomend a local chestnut festival which we attended. Lovely to experience local culture and food. Where to go: We used the house as a base to travel to Lucca, Pisa, Florence and Pietrasanta (town for people interested in art). It is reccomended to take the train from Lucca to Florence (1½ house) and Pisa (½ hour). Easy and accessable. And the trip via the mountains to the ocean is lovely.

La casa vacanze Sambuco è molto bella, accogliente e comoda. Il paesaggio è splendido immerso nelle colline toscane; la vista verso queste colline è splendida. Eravamo in dodici adulti e siamo stati comodamente alloggiati, godendo anche di una certa riservatezza perché ci sono tre unità indipendenti, ognuna con tutti i servizi e comodità. Anche la zona della piscina con tutte le comodità, pulitissima. In definitiva, ci è piaciuto molto , sicuramente torneremo, e posso consigliarla vivamente.

Very good location from which to explore Bologna, within easy walking distance to most points in the historic core. Everything matched photos and was very clean/well maintained. Hosts were exceptionally responsive and friendly. Peaceful with private garden area, well isolated from any street noise. Would definitely recommend.

Нам экстренно нужно было искать жилье в близи Ля Специя. Хотелось отдохнуть в окружении природы. Сальваторе очень быстрое ответил на запрос, дал все рекомендации по прибытию. Он и его супруга встретили нас у ворот, все рассказали и показали. Даже испекли для нас невероятно вкусный пирог ( он был горячий к нашему приезду). В доме все пахло чистотой и свежестью), интерьер сделан с любовью и патио так же. Мы провели Невероятно приятный вечер в их доме )

We had a lovely stay in Sommocolonia! Nice small apartment with balcony and everything we needed in the house. Despite the central location in the middle of the village it was very quiet in the evening. Lots to do in the surroundings, such as hiking, canyoning, caves, swimming, and lots of nice cafes and restaurants. Loved Barga a lovely small town 15 minutes drive down the hill.
