The apartment is small but well appointed. It has everything you need. The views from the front are stunning. I thought it was a bit pricey for the time of year.

Exceeded expectations, obviously well maintained. Modern and clean, comfortable, no issues whatsoever we just had a lovely relaxing stay with beautiful views

Ideal beachfront location on the North Bay, seconds walk away from Peasholm Park and Scarborough Outdoor Theatre and you practically step out onto the beach. 15 minute walk to the town centre, maybe 30 mins to stroll around the headland to South Bay and the harbour. Well appointed and comfortable, secure private parking, a great base for a few days on the N. Yorks coast.

We stopped here with my two teenagers who loved the attic room. We found the apartment very clean and spacious. It had everything we needed. Managed to get parked on the street with no issues. Good communication from Karen prior to our stay. We will definitely be back.. Lee

Lovely ground floor flat in a fantastic location. My teen daughter loved the twin room with tv and colour changing light. Warm and comfortable with all essentials to hand. Would highly recommend and being able to take the dogs was a fantastic bonus. They had a brilliant time. The Indian takeaway a few doors down was outstanding.

The flat is much bigger and brighter than the pictures show, and the views from 3 sides of the accommodation a bonus. The flat is out off the main drag but only a 10 minute walk to the spa, and we were lucky to get free parking outside the flat for the entire stay. The flat was clean and had all that was needed to make it a comfortable break, with the added bonus of WiFi. Dean kindly allowed us to check in early, to make the most of the Easter weekend in Bridlington. Nice, bright, clean and cosy, thanks Dean for allowing us to stay in your flat 👍

Had a two night stay here; from start to finish, with booking, checking in, and leaving, everything was perfect. No issues at all, and Samantha was just a message away for any queries. Very comfortable bed, the heaters warmed the place in minutes, two toilets (one ensuite in the bedroom) was amazing, and the kitchen had everything to hand. Beach is very close by, plenty of shops just along the road. Highly recommend xx

fantastic apartment in a great location not too bad pub within 2 minute walk also beach not too far away either you can walk to Filey v beach in about 50 minutes or Hunmandy gap in around 25 minutes Excellent clean apartment with a tv in living room and an additional one in bedroom easy check in great kitchen and facilities would highly recommend

Loved the dining area spent most of our time in their eating and playing games with our family and drinking in moderation. Bedrooms were excellent and plenty of bathroom and shower for the family. Area was excellent and everything close by such as supermarket pubs and beach. Train station as went to Scarborough. Overall would stay at these facilities again.

Harry was the perfect host ! Even though we didn’t meet Harry , We was arriving earlier so asked if we could check in early and it was no problem at all !! The house was perfect for us all including the dog clear instructions on how the heating worked and to get in the property ! Very fast at replying to any questions we had ! Perfect location as it’s only 5/10 mins to the beach/front , We have a lovely New Year’s Eve with our family there in Harry’s lovely home ! Thank you so very much Harry

First time booking through airb&b, lovely house very clean and welcoming. Home from home feel as soon as you enter, great selection of toys and games to keep the kids entertained also a nice little welcome hamper was lovely on arrival. Really enjoyable few days on the East coast. Lovely cottage, exactly as described with great touches, particularly the trampoline!! I would certainly recommend to anyone looking for a well placed cottage in the Whitby area

Stayed over the Easter bank holiday weekend, great pre arrival instructions and local recommendations were really helpful. Easy to find, park and access the property. Everything inside was immaculate and in good order. Whitby centre easily walkable. No hesitation in recommending to others.

Fantastic holiday. Well thought out accommodation with easy access to the town and beach. Close to a lot of attractions. Whitby, Scarborough and Robins hood bay all close by. The little town of Filey is full of lovely restaurants and cafe’s with an arcade and tourist shops, which were great for the kids. Hellen was a fantastic host, quick to respond to messages. Excellent accommodation but in the middle of what is in effect a large housing development and quite a walk down to the beach. Quality of food at local pub was poor, but provided you are willing to go off in the car there are lots of interesting places and great beaches nearby.

This the first time I’ve ever used an Air B&B Me and my wife were really pleased with the accommodation. It was really comfortable and cozy. Everything was there that you could wish for. It was very clean. I wouldn’t hesitate to book again. Host Jennifer has been very helpful and I would like to thank her for having such lovely accommodation. The sea front was literally 2 minutes away with beautiful views.

Just one night but a perfect one night. Mesmerising views over South Bay, never turned on the TV, the view was enough. Apartment was exceptional, everything you could need. Dined at India, just down Castle Road, and the food and service were both very good. Breakfast at The Lookout on the Pier, as per Andrea’s recommendation and that too was excellent.

Fantastic 3 night stay. Fully equipped and excellent location. Would, without hesitation, highly recommend. Second bedroom is a little small, but perfectly adequate. Two bathrooms is a bonus. We will definitely return. A Super Host for a reason. Thank you

Spotlessly clean, very central location and with incredible views from all 3 large windows. The views are even better than the photos! Everything we needed was there, 2 minutes walk to some really great bars, cafes, restaurants and shops, and a short walk downhill to the beach, pier etc. We loved Saltburn, and we loved this beautiful apartment in the lovely Zetland building.

Amanda’s place was perfect for us. Communication, pre and post arrival was excellent. The position on West Cliff has beautiful views and great entertainment watching the kids on the BMX track. The parking system worked perfectly and it’s easy to visit nearby villages without having to go through the town. It’s a pleasant walk into town, but almost equivalent to a gym session on the way back! We used the tour bus on one occasion, would certainly recommend. The apartment is extremely spacious. We were a couple but it would be perfect for 2 couples or a small family. All in all Amanda’s apartment was probably the best we have used on Airbnb.

We stayed with Alison and John for goth weekend in April 2025. The apartment is amazing, there was everything you could ever had needed plus a lovely welcome gift too. The heated mirror in the bathroom was a good surprise! The location was perfect for all the happenings at goth weekend. Would definitely stay again if lucky enough to find it empty 🖤

Absolutely beautiful place and would highly recommend. Deco and furnishings done to a very high standard. Clean throughout and all rooms are great sizes. Super comfy bed with high quality bedding. All mod/cons, everything you need for your stay. Will definitely return. The best AirB&B we have ever stayed in. Teresa the owner was very helpful, a superb host. Thank you for such a wonderful stay.

We spent 2 nights at the apartment. Everything was as described. The location is fantastic within a beautiful holiday village and only 5 mins walk to the amazing never ending sandy beach which is absolutely perfect for your four legged friend. Filey is only 5 mins drive with lovely shops and restaurants and bustling Scarborough only a 15 mins drive. Will definitely be back!

We really enjoyed our stay at Paula’s apartment. Ideally located for walks down to the beach, close to our favourite bakers Botham’s, and the harbour and abbey were all within walking distance. We had everything we needed within the apartment and would definitely recommend as a place to stay if you are planning a visit to Whitby.
