Ga er heerlijk tussenuit in dit rustgevende centraal gelegen appartement. Het heeft een mooie ruime woonkamer en fantastisch buitenterras gericht op het zuiden. Het complex heeft een gemeenschappelijke tuin aan het water aan de artistieke grachten van Schiedam. Durf jij een duik te nemen? Het appartement bevindt zich op de rand van het centrum, met een paar minuten wandelen bevindt u zich in het historische centrum. Via het openbaar vervoer/auto/fiets bent u in 15 tot 20 minuten in Rotterdam.

Een monumentale woning ,1 minuut lopen van de tram en winkelcentrum. Op de beneden etage komt u via een (stijle ) trap (zonder traphek). Hier zijn 3 slaapkamers, 1 badkamer en een separaat toilet. 1 van de slaapkamers ligt aan de tuin. het bed is een twijfelaar. Het karton bed van de foto’s te vervangen voor meer degelijk bed. De andere slaapkamer heeft een 2 personens bed en de andere kamer heeft 2 losse bedden tegen elkaar aan geschoven op de foto maar in de praktijk doe ik ze vaak uit elkaar.

The apartment (67 m2/720 ft2) is located on the first floor. There is bed accommodation for two people with a seperate kitchen and bathroom. Situated in a quiet residential area with free parking and only a 5-minute walk to the centre of Schiedam. Rotterdam is 20 min. by public transportation. Breakfast on request, 15 euro p.p.

De vakantiewoning is gevestigd, in een oude stal. De boerderij is gelegen in het buitengebied van Rotterdam in een oud buurtschap genaamd 'De Kandelaar'. Hier wonen slechts 30 mensen en het is de perfecte spot midden in de natuur tussen de (grote) steden Rotterdam, Schiedam en Delft. De perfecte plek om de stad en natuur te combineren! Onze boerderij ligt op slechts 5km vanaf Schiedam, 8km vanaf Delft en 12km vanaf Rotterdam en 30 minuten (met de auto) vanaf het strand.

Cellar, 3rd toilet, dryer and washer, kitchen with all modern amenities (such as quooker). Fantastic location: right across Schiedam trainstation.
