We’ve been coming to Schroon for 18 years, so have a lot of experience with cabin rentals in the area. The outdoor space at Sally’s is stunning, with sunsets that never got old! Though the property is just off the road, it was quiet and very private, as the front of the cabin and outdoor space face the pristine shoreline. The cabin is rustic and cozy in all the good ways, & the beds are so, SO comfortable! We cooked most of our meals in, which made it nice to have such a beautiful view from the kitchen window. The Adirondack Store is within walking/biking distance, which made it fun to dine in for breakfast before heading out for a day of hiking/mountain biking/fishing/ADK Extreme/exploring. Whatever our daytime activities were, we made sure to back at the cabin to cook, take an evening swim & view the gorgeous sunsets. There were a few household mishaps beyond our host’s control, but she maintained good communication, promptly addressing the issues. We hope to stay here again!

I booked this trip for my husband’s birthday. It was centered around snowboarding and we were happy it was close to Killington, Pico and Stratton. The house itself was well thought out and there were instructions to everything which took the guesswork out of using the spaces. Would definitely stay again

We absolutely loved this log cabin! It’s a cozy, small cabin but was perfect for just my partner and I (plus our boxer dog). Check in was a breeze and everything was super clean upon arrival. The properly is extremely private and there are semi cleared hiking trails nearby (my dog absolutely loved it here- just be sure to brush/wipe pups down after your walk in the woods). The king bed was ridiculously comfortable and we had amazing sleep in the cabin. The jacuzzi hot tub was a wonderful addition and I was so glad to try it after a day of hiking and sightseeing. It’s a short drive to Main Street / Mirror Lake to visit shops, restaurants. We arrived in April and some of the local establishments were not yet open for the season, but still we had a lot of options for eating meals out. The host was super responsive to my messages and we appreciated all of the cabin’s thoughtful touches. We would love to return again soon. Thank you!!

Exceeded our expectations. Kristine was super responsive and extremely helpful. The cabin is so spacious and peaceful. Easy drive from Burlington and other surrounding towns. Planning our next stay already!

Hands down one of the best Airbnb experiences we have had! Everything was perfect and pictures do not do this place justice. We own a camp down the road that is on the lake and we were there to work on it - we stayed at the riverbend while we were there (no heat or water at our camp yet). I did not except to fall in love with this spot so much- but it was simply one of the most peaceful and beautiful places I have ever stayed - I actually prefer it to being on the lake!

We recently spent 2 nights and 3 days at this stunning cabin with close friends and family, and it exceeded all expectations. The space was much larger than we anticipated and absolutely beautiful. The hot tub, movie theater, and game room were the perfect escape and made our stay even more enjoyable. Our host was incredibly respectful and communicated everything clearly from start to finish. We really appreciated the detailed instructions, maps, and updates on road conditions—it made our arrival smooth and stress-free. Thank you. This cabin is ideal for any kind of getaway, whether you're with friends or family. We had such a great time and will absolutely be back for another stay. Highly recommended!

We fell in love with the cabin and area. Our larger family does a snowboarding trip every year and while we try to go to different places we all loved Shannon's home, Gore mountain and the local surrounding towns. We are already planning a return. The home was impeccably furnished, squeaky clean and had a ton of activities to do, inside and out. It was so lovable it was tough to leave.

Cabin #4 felt like home the moment we walked through the door. We made last minute reservations and it was stress free all the way around with Marty & Carol leading the way. Much to our delight - part of our stay included a fresh breakfast treat delivered warm right on the door step. And the cabin was stocked with coffee and tea to enjoy with it. They have truly thought of everything and the cabin is literal perfection. We are really looking forward to a longer stay next time. Thank you for having us ☺️

had a great stay here. We lost power for a few hours and the hosts were great about keeping us updated with the electric/internet. more than helpful with ideas of things to do. House is beautiful and so extremely relaxing. The well water tasted fine. We had a really great stay and will definitely come back, but in the summer time.

Nancy is a very responsive, kind, and generous host. She maintain the place well. It is a lovely area. The stay was very enjoyable.

We stayed in Janelle’s cabin four nights & found her cabin well appointed & very clean! There were quick responses to the few questions we had. Decor was welcoming & so well thought out for the Adirondack feel. The cabin is so quiet. We both have trouble w sleeping away from home, but not here, as it was peaceful & the bed was so comfy. The kitchen was great. We used it a lot as we ate all our meals there. Warrensburg was a close drive to get all our essentials. Janelle's kitchen is well set up. The sitting rm furniture was comfortable, & we found the "unplugging" we needed w/o cable TV in the cabin. There was quick hot water in the kitchen & the bath w fluffy towels. The cabin= plenty warm. Lovely, serene property outside the windows w white birches & other trees to relax w your coffee. Wifi worked great. My Husband was able to snowboard at Gore Mountain 20-25 min away. Well maintained roads in the area. Local folks friendly. Great stay-- would love to come again! Thx Janelle!

It really is the most beautiful cabin! The stream is so very lovely and the hosts are so nice and friendly! The bed is super comfy and the little heater that is provided is perfect for cooler weather. The shower is just amazing. The whole place is so beautiful and the perfect spot to rest! I definitely want to go back and sincerely think everyone should go there at least once in their life! Thank you, Christina and Doug!

My wife, two year old, two dogs, and myself stayed at this beautiful property for our anniversary. It was an easy choice for us as they were able to accommodate our two pups which was important to us. Something that also appealed to us was the playground, which was a few feet away from our cabin. This all made it so easy for us with a toddler and two dogs to vacation with ease. Our host were incredibly friendly and very open to helping us if we were to have any issues or concerns, which we did not because the stay was perfect. I would highly recommend to families or people with pets. Our toddler was very found of the lively and very sweet donkey. Thank you so much for hosting us. :)

Ashley’s Grizzly Bear Lodge was perfect for what we needed. Very spacious, three bedrooms plus a loft, and a large living room. Super easy to check in and Ashley was easy to get a hold of and very quick to respond. Right down the road from the beach at lake George. She even left a full smores kit for us! Great host. Great listing. We will certainly book this lodge again for our next Lake George trip!

One of my favorite AirBnB stays ever! If you're looking for a cool, comfortable, memorable experience, this is it. The photos don't do it justice. This beautiful home was spotless, had so many amazing handmade artful features, and comfortably hosted our group of 5. Communication with Rik was excellent throughout, and he gave us excellent local recommendations. There are so many great surprises and personal touches in the home, so much space to explore - all in the comfort of modern, cozy amenities. Me and my husband visited Cabin in Greenfield Center for a weekend gateway for 2 nights. We had a wonderful in the Cabin! From the moment we arrived, we were warmly welcomed by our host, which made us feel right at home. The place itself was cozy, charming, and beautifully maintained — the ambience was so relaxing and inviting. We would definitely recommend it to anyone looking for a comfortable and memorable stay in Saratoga Springs!

Cabin was everything I was looking for, super cute and cozy! I literally couldn’t believe it was exactly as described, so beautiful! Just minutes away from Main Street Lake Placid, minutes away from Whiteface mountain (Ski/Hiking). Definitely will be coming back, Thanks Montana!

Barbie's cabin was the perfect mix of comfort and isolation. Everyone in my group was able to relax and unplug, and the little river behind the cabin was a nice surprise! We had no problem with the hot water or the gas furnace, and the cabin was nice and warm our entire stay. Would definitely recommend staying here for anyone looking to unplug up in the mountains!

My boyfriend and I stayed here for a long weekend to celebrate my birthday and we felt right at home. It was so cozy, the walk down to the brook was magical and we had everything we needed. Would definitely stay here again in the future! Also the queen bed was very comfy!

Picture perfect stay! The cabin is “as-advertised” base on the photos and description. The location is quiet and serene. Majorie was super kind and helpful. She was available for our needs all time throughout the day. Highly recommend taking a canoe out on the lake and going for a swim across from the property. An easy 15 min paddle across will take you to some nice rock outcroppings with crystal clear water for a nice evening dip. Town is a short 10 min right for one night out for a good meal. Def recommend staying on this property!

My husband, myself and pup absolutely loved our stay. It was incredibly peaceful with beautiful surroundings. It was as expected from the listing and the other reviews! But no one in the reviews mentioned certain things so I will just to help others if considering staying here (definitely stay here). Firstly if you aren’t planning on grilling all your meals I highly recommend bringing a single or double burner cooktop (like a Coleman or Eureka) and don’t forget your pots and pans (we assumed there would be at least one and there wasn’t and a round trip to purchase said pan was an hour so learn from us!). Secondly don’t forget a flashlight in case the outdoor solar lights aren’t working (they only turned on for about an hour our first night and not at all the second) and it’s very dark at night so you’ll need something when going to the outhouse. There is one provided but if there are two of you then bring one. Finally, if you cook a lot you make a lot of dishes so bring extra water!
