The home boasts 4 large bedrooms, 3 bathrooms, 2 living rooms, kitchen and a dining room. The property sits on 70 acres and has a 1/2 acre of the yard fully groomed for the perfect baseball game. The 2027 season is 5/30-8/22/26. Beautiful 3 bedroom on Canadarago Lake, 15 min. drive to Cooperstown. We now have 6 kayaks, a pedal boat, & a paddle board! Enjoy coffee viewing the peacefulness of the lake, if mornings aren’t for you, It is as beautiful at sunset with wine.
