Welcome to your peaceful private getaway located north of the 401 in Whitby. Guest will have the entire apartment with separate entrance to themselves. This newly constructed apartment is equipped with a fully functional kitchen, bathroom, living room and bedroom. Apartment comes with Wifi, 43” television with Amazon Prime TV services. Guest will have a designated parking space on the driveway. Please refrain from smoking inside the unit, smoke alarm are interconnected, and are highly sensitive.

We are just 1 hour from Toronto with easy access off the 407. We also have an amazing log cabin for rent on the same 300 acres.

Offering private access to Lake Scugog with an oversized dock for you to take advantage of water activities, enjoy your morning coffee and watch some of the best sunsets on the lake. The cottage sits only 15 min. from the quaint town of Port Perry where you can go to enjoy its brewery, incredible cuisine, farmers markets, and picturesque Main Street.

This is an fully furnished basement apartment Quiet neighborhood close to bus stop, shopping and restaurants. Ten minute drive to Oshawa Center and downtown Oshawa. Reserve parking in driveway on left side. Breakfast ingredients are included; Eggs, Waffles, Cereal ,Toast, Coffee , Tea and etc. Our guests can rest assured that the bedding is washed and changed with each and every new guest, and for those who stay for a week or more , bedding is changed every five days or upon request.
