Had a great long weekend at the house. So easy to walk to the beach each day and local pub was also great for food.

We stayed here recently on a windy weekend in May. It was absolutely lovely, and exactly what we hoped for. the accomodation is simple, stylish and comfortable. The location is what makes this place so spectacular. Liz was so super helpful and clear with her communication. Couldn't ask for more.

This Airbnb was a great find situated on the Quayside in Wells-next-the Sea. The property has great views over the surrounding harbour, channels out to sea and salt marshes from either the living room or bedroom windows or the little sun terrace (very welcome on nice days) at the top of the property. I can honestly say I have never seen such a well-stocked kitchen before and there was so much in the way of glasses, crockery, mugs, cutlery and cooking bits n pieces you were never short of anything. There is plenty of room to relax with plenty of chairs, and the dining tables served not only for meals but was also great for me to use my laptop to check emails, etc - supported by high-speed Sky broadband. The TV has a full Sky package which meant we felt straight at home with all of the channels that we are used to! Beds were really comfortable and we had good nights' sleep. Parking is straightforward and is a few steps from the property. Lots of amenities are walkable inc boat trips

A lovely charming and well presented holiday home, in a great location. Stones Throw is a great name for this ideally located property ensuring you can make the most of the coastal location during your stay in Sheringham. We spent a lovely Christmas here with family and the well equipped kitchen made cooking Christmas lunch easy, it was like home from home! The closeness of the sea enabled us to do lots of paddling whilst enjoying the local area too. The host Anne, was quick to respond to messages and made our stay most enjoyable. I would definitely recommend this property to others and I hope to return again one day too!

Will definitely return. More spacious than expected and really well appointed. Great location with beach and town really close. Only downside is parking with the parking space at the end of a narrow road and nowhere to really turn round. Not an issue if you have a small car. We parked in an adjacent street as advised by Fiona. Next time we would go by train and order an online shop for delivery when we arrived. Station is close by and there is a regular service to Norwich that stops at cromer.

We had a nice relaxing stay, cosy & comfortable and enjoyed the fantastic sea view, can’t wait to come back.

Wonderful house with great sea views. The location was in close proximity to all the shops, pubs, restaurants and pier. Lovely host, extremely good communication and made sure everything ran smoothly. 100% recommendation.

We absolutely loved our stay at Margo’s place. The location was perfect & the chalet was pristine. We particularly loved the outdoor pool (which was less than 100m from our front door!) It was so easy to keep the kids entertained with lots to do nearby. We were sad to leave & definitely hope to be back!

The chalet is modern, well-equipped and clean. The location is perfect, being coastal and close to Great Yarmouth, which has plenty for children to do. James was a great host - very responsive and helpful. He even provided 2 extra blankets for our dogs. Thoroughly recommended.

We had a brilliant week. The hosts were responsive and sent clear instructions to check in. The house was lovely and clean when we arrived and there was a lovely welcome pack waiting for us. The kids loved the pool and it was lovely and warm and a great size. The garden is massive and looks out over the sea. You can walk on the beach within 5 mins from the house. Thanks for having us we all really enjoyed our stay.

Really enjoyable stay at Sarah’s place. She was fantastic and great at getting back to me. The lodge had all you would need including a washing machine. It was clean, spacious and the little treats of biscuits and milk on arrival was a great touch. The site was good, with excellent food and entertainment. The only downside was the bathroom/toilet. As it was downstairs, it was right next to the living room, which could be uncomfortable for some. However, we loved the whole place and will be back if in the area! Fear not about booking!

Great place for a family event in Mundesley. Lots of family space for all the party, with a great social area at the back. Would recommend this place and certainly look to use it in the future for other family events in the area.

The Mizzen is peaceful, very spacious and extremely well located to enjoy all the many treats Southwold has in store.

Great family base for staying in Cromer. About a 15-20min walk to shops and beach. House was spotless and well stocked and easy instructions to check in and out.

Lovely house, very comfortable, everything you need. Lydie responded very quickly to the couple of queries I had. She was very helpful. Beds were comfy, the house was clean, it was just as described. 5ish mins to walk into town (not the scenic route). Would definitely recommend this property and Cromer.

We had a lovely family stay over the Easter weekend. Location was great with just a short walk down to the beach and short drives to local towns with plenty of activities for kids. The bedrooms were large and spacious and the kitchen had everything we needed to make a lovely Easter lunch for 8 with delicious local produce. Fiona’s communication was great and she was very responsive to any queries both before and during our stay

Chris has been the best air bnb host I’ve come across so far. He’s been very responsive, sent us so many helpful tips for places to go, was really accommodating with check in and out and had the house set up for our little one with a high chair and crib ready on arrival. The house was perfect for us too. It was within walking distance to Sheringham and spotlessly clean and spacious with plenty of parking. I would highly recommend to anyone staying in the area we had a wonderful weekend.

We loved staying at Rosehaven. The location was perfect for us and the accommodation offered was fantastic. Having nearly all the rooms with an en suite was such a treat, especially as they felt so luxurious with huge shower heads! The house was decorated to a high standard and couldn't have been more comfortable. The large open living space made our morning breakfasts perfect and the large island worked brilliantly as a puzzle space! The home had every kitchen utensil you could think of, had an abundance of plug sockets that were thoughtfully installed and the design of the kitchen was first class. We would happily stay again!!

We had a lovely visit and the chalet had everything we needed. Plus, the host had left out some lovely welcoming gestures. I would recommend this chalet to future visitors.
