We visited Pooldaze from the UK with our 2 boys and absolutely loved the house. We arrived late and were happy to be welcomed with a lovely food hamper containing breakfast items. House is as described and exceptionally clean. Gorgeous pool and in a great location! Kim and Len were great hosts, great communication and helped us with the pool when needed. We will defiantly be returning to Perth and would love to stay again. Thank you!

Great place! Great Location! Summers Beach House is well equipped for everything you need to enjoy a relaxing stay by the beach. Room configuration, kitchen amenities and good selection of books plus the best view 😊 Worth a visit!

Most fabulous location off Burns Beach Road. All was clean. Would have been a remarkable house in its day with opulent swag and tail curtains and pelmets. If it’s a modern pristine house you’re after then this might not be for you. Definite modernisation required, but was comfortable for us all the same. We had been told 2 days before arriving that air-con wasn’t working - had to wait 10 days for part for this to be fixed, which was half our holiday time! A partial refund was given from hosts which was accepted. Fans were provided but in circa 35o heat this did not accomplish much cold air! So this was a large disappointment. The Pool pump was struggling and again dated and pool was urgently in need of a good clean. Having two young children with us was a must for pool to be clean! This was dealt with by hosts. The hosts were excellent at sorting our problems out so cannot fault them. Thank you Lucy and team.

We had the best couple of weeks at the beach house. The house itself was beautiful and had everything we needed. The host Karin was so nice, she was always on hand to answer any questions and sent us lots of things to do. Perfect 🤩

We had an excellent stay! The house is bright and spacious and had more than enough room for our family. It has a lovely pool and garden, and plenty of areas to relax in. It’s close to supermarkets, shops, restaurants and beautiful beaches. What really stood out was Cameron’s wonderful hosting and hospitality! He is friendly and polite, and responded to all our queries promptly. He made sure we had everything we needed for our stay, including providing a cot, high chair, stool and potty for our youngest. He also provided a generous breakfast for our first morning! Thank you for a great stay.

What a wonderful home and host - thank you Sam. :) 8 of us from 2- 62years old came in April for 2 weeks to visit our family in Perth. The house is beautifully designed and well equipped. We felt very at home here too. Sam went out of his way to make this a really easy and special holiday by providing a cot with new bedding and a high chair and responding to questions and queries about the local area. The pool was beautifully warm & used it day and evenings. The neightbours opposite were friendly and helpful. We loved shopping locally, at OceanQuay and Lakeside and visited Burns Beach, Hillaries, and Yanchep beach. We also took Sam up on his recommendations too. We had a wonderful meal at Fyre; a day at Rottness & Freemantle; Yanchep national park and the Koala borad walk; the Zoo,; Caversham Wildlife Park;the motor museum, Elizabeth Quay , Gondola rides, cholcate factory in Swan Valley and frequently met up with our family. Coming back to this beautiful home made it perfect!

I cannot say enough about Michelle's place. We had an amazing stay. The house has so much to offer, it is well maintained, extremely clean and comfortable and it is in a great location. 3 mins to the train station and 5minutes to the local shopping centre, 8 mins to Mindarie Marina. It is so close to the freeway as well and very easy to get around and find your way. Excellent for people with young families. Lots of parks and less than a 5 minute walk to the brand new riverlinks park. Michelle and her co hosts were very responsive and helpful whenever I had any quieries. We cannot wait to stay here again 🙌🏽

Great house, ideal for 2 to three families. Secure for dog out back. Kitchen spotless and coffee machine was much appreciated. Linen and towels clean and modern. Melinda the host is very responsive to questions. We love Lano and visit a lot. Will definitely use this house again. Thanks 🙏🏻

Great little house that feels so homey! Th house is kept very clean and neat. We loved our stay and definitely did not want to head home. Our 4yr old daughter loved having a ride around the cul-de-sac which was free from busy traffic. We walked most places since everything was quite close by. Our host was wonderful, and super helpful, and quick to respond. Thanks for having us!

Amazing Stay — Highly Recommend! We had the most wonderful stay at this beautiful home. From the moment we arrived, we were blown away by how thoughtfully the property is decorated — stylish, welcoming, and full of character. The house is extremely well stocked with everything you could possibly need — the kitchen had all the essentials (and more!) for cooking up a feast. The games room was a real highlight, with a pool table and a fussball set that kept everyone entertained for hours. The views from the balcony were absolutely breathtaking — perfect for sunset drinks and quiet mornings. The beds were incredibly comfortable — everyone commented on how well they slept! It’s clear that a lot of care has gone into making this home not just beautiful but also truly comfortable and functional for guests. We couldn’t fault a thing — it was a perfect getaway, and we would absolutely love to return.

Giovanni’s place was relaxing, comfortable, clean, and well-stocked with things that helped us have a really enjoyable family holiday in Guilderton. We particularly appreciated the toys, kids books and surfboard.

Really loved our stay with the kids who had so much to do and play with in the house. Amy also kindly left an Easter hamper for the kids and a bottle of wine for us which was a lovely touch! Short drive in to town and estate is very safe

Awesome place in a very peaceful neighbourhood. Coles is just nearby, very walkable distance. House was perfect, spacious, free of clutter, looked totally like the photos and description! Plenty of pillows and cushions, has a threater room for TV nights! Bed was really comfortable! Kids had so much fun into the bath tub every night! Ample cutleries and kitchen utensils were provided. Washer & dryer working well! Loved the outdoor bbq area and the nearby Eden Beach is beautiful! Wished we had stayed there longer! Highly recommend, Joyce was very helpful!

It was wonderful, all the amenities were there. The house was clean, and the bedsheets were also clean. Overall, an excellent experience, would like to come back. Request that you change the barbecue. Warm regards Hoshang

What a lovely house in a perfect location. It was peaceful and quiet and a great place to heal after an operation. It was so easy to commute to the shops via a bus. Florence was very accommodating and a great host.
