The apartment has a private entrance which leads to a large deck. The space includes a bedroom with a queen size bed, ensuite bathroom, the living area has a queen size sofa-sleeper, a single sleeper convertible armchair & dining table with 4 seats. Huge flat screen TV with cable and High Speed Wifi. We are 4 blocks from Golden Gate Park and 2 blocks from Sutro Park with spectacular views of the Pacific Ocean. A few minutes walk to Lands End trails, Sutro Baths Ruins and down to Ocean Beach.

Immerse yourself in our cozy guest room in the Outer Richmond. Just 10 blocks from Ocean Beach, three to Scenic Land's End (views of the GG bridge), historic Sutro Baths and Sutro Heights park along with Golden Gate Park down the hill. A short walk to restaurants and bars, etc. Surfboard/bike-storage friendly room, free street parking. This is not an apartment, it's a room in our home with a private entrance and bathroom. We have happily resided in the Richmond District for almost 30 years.

Looking for a healthy dose of tranquility and adventure at your doorstep? Over 100 steps from the road below, this 'treehouse' is perched above it all and horizontally oriented on a steep lot between two creeks. The all glass façade creates dramatic views of the redwoods, Mt. Tam and across downtown Mill Valley to Blithedale Ridge. Anchored to granite the house sits on handmade stone walls from rock harvested on the property during construction in the 1960s. Truly a one of a kind stay.

Amazing garden studio in a perfect walkable location. The contemporary and clean studio was completely remodeled. Includes: - Beautiful Brazilian hardwood floors - Filtered instant hot water - Mini refrigerator w/freezer - Microwave - Nespresso Coffee Maker - Huge closet for your luggage - Chic bathroom & more. The unit has tall ceilings, recess lights, queen size bed, and the unit walks out into a peaceful garden. Hosts lives in upper floors of the house where Unit is located.

gigi's bed and breakfast

This a private 800 sq ft apartment without a full kitchen, it is at garden level. I live above on street level. The garden is shared space. There are books and movies available free WiFi and lots of room to spread out. You will be my only guests so you get my full attention. Breakfast is a generous continental style delivered to your door in the morning. It includes pastry fresh OJ fruit plate and yogurt all subject to change to meet your dietary restrictions.

Spacious and serene en-suite with ocean and park views, near Lands End and GG Park. Stylish primary bedroom with luxury bathroom. Cloud-like Queen size bed with luxurious bedding, armoire, luggage rack, desk, 2 chairs, mini fridge and breakfast bar. Bathroom has spacious walk-in shower with multiple jets and vanity area. NOTICED THERE ARE TWO FLIGHTS OF STAIRS. Not suitable for people with mobility issues, children, or guests with heavy or multiple suitcases.

Ocean Beach is just steps from your doorstep!   Close to Land's End, Sutro Baths, Golden Gate Park, the Cliff House, Beach Chalet, and much more. Groceries, bike rental, EV charging, and bus lines are just across the street. Dining and shopping options along the Balboa corridors are all within walking distance. Hosts reside on-site throughout guest stays.
