You will have use of a washer and dryer, WiFi, a full kitchen, and can park your vehicle under a covered carport. There is a fenced backyard with outdoor seating and grill. The house is located within walking distance from Harding University. No tobacco, marijuana, or other drugs allowed anywhere on the property.

Street parking is available directly in front of the house, with additional off street parking in the rear. We ask for No smoking and No Pets on the property, due to allergies of some guest.

Enjoy our cottage on the corner! There are 2 queen bedrooms and a room with 2 twins. Living room with large TV. Use wifi to stream all of your favorite shows. Dining room seats 6 and 3 at the bar. Cook in the fully stocked kitchen or enjoy local favorites Backyard and covered patio- perfect for entertaining. Parts of the house contain Harding history. Walls and shelving are made from the original bleachers from the Ganus Athletic Center.
