PLEASE read cancellation policy prior to booking. Welcome to this "SWEET SUITE" right in the heart of Seagrove on 30A! A perfect little studio space for couples...but if you have to bring the little one, we have a foldaway floor mat available that folds out to a twin size, ( just bring extra pillow & bedding for that!) More than enough floor space for a pack and play also. This 2nd floor studio space is just across the small two lane 30A highway run.. so just a short 3 min walk to the sand!

Villa Mustique Carriage House - Seacrest/Rosemary

Mustique is a private, spacious and luxurious beach escape suitable for a couple. It is located between Rosemary Beach and Alys Beach on the Scenic 30A. It's a short walk to our PRIVATE beach and the swimming pools, includes 2 backpack style beach chairs and an umbrella. A small dog less than 20 lbs is allowed. Old Florida Beach has a wide private beach, as well as a beautiful, large heated community pool. 2 bicycles and beach chairs are included.
