There is a beautiful coastal walk, or bus link, into neighboring Whitley Bay where there are a host of bistros, bars & traditional seaside attractions to enjoy .

Perfectly situated for exploring Tynemouth & Northumberland coast and Castles. Dog friendly & Accessible - stair lift! Outdoor covered mobility scooter area with charging points and parking for two vehicles. Wildlife garden and pond plus cosy sun room. A short walk to the harbour, stunning sandy beach, Holywell Dene nature reserve. Nearby pubs serving food. Older children welcome, but many trinkets are on display in my home, s caution would be needed with youngsters.

The apartment is central to the iconic Spanish City, amusement arcades, fantastic fish & chip restaurants and of course you’re close to amazing ice cream parlours!
