Located about 6 miles from downtown Colebrook on 29 acres with a rolling landscape with DIRECT ACCESS to snowmobile (Cor # 5) and ATV trails (Cor # C). The HILLSIDE is a 1st floor unit that has a beautiful and sunny open floor plan with a fully equipped kitchen. The unit comfortably sleeps 4 in the 2 bedrooms, each with a queen size bed. There is a walk-in shower and laundry in the unit.

The state boat launch is a half-mile down the road. The house has a game room with an air hockey table and board games. There is plenty of room for a large group of people, a two-car garage, and a big front and back yard. Snowmobile trail and ATV access directly from the house. Enjoy high speed WiFi.

Comfortable Home, Hot Tub, Trails on 140 Acres

This property is located in a remote and beautiful area of Vermont’s Northeast Kingdom. The house is on 140 acres of fields and forest. There are 2.5 miles of private walking/snow shoeing trails in the woods. A large mowed area around the house provides space for grilling, outdoor dining, fire pit and games. The outdoor hot tub (emptied and refilled after each stay) is heated to 104 degrees year-round. This property is easily accessed from Route 2 and is on a well maintained dirt road.
