Das Holiday House WEST wurde 2022 fertiggestellt und liegt 2km westlich von Trogir, 25km von Split und 50km östlich von Sibenik, allesammt UNESCO Weltkulturerbestätten. An ruhiger jedoch zentraler Lage mit einem schönen Blick auf das adriatische Meer die Stadt Trogir sowie auf die Halbinsel Ciovo ist es der perfekte Urlaubsort für Familien mit freunden auf vier Pfoten. Bars, Restaurants, Einkaufsmöglichkeiten sowie der Strand liegen in unmittelbarem Umkreis und können zu Fuss erreicht werden.

Small Room, Amazing View, 2.5km to Trogir old town

The small room is located on the top floor & offers nice views over the bay of Trogir. You can even see Split in the distance, with Mosor mountain behind it. The Room is perfect for 2 people. Other features of the room are: Kitchenette, AC, 1 small Bathroom and a 43inch Smart TV with Netflix, etc. You can see directly out to the sea while laying down on the bed (180cm x 200cm). The balcony has a nice size. There is a table with 2 chairs and 1 deck chair for tanning.

The apartment is close to the The Baotić Marina, old town of Trogir and shopping centre - all in range of just 5 min on foot. There is a free parking space in front of the apartment and place for grilling. Also, there is a very small gym for one person in the house. View is on medieval fortress, marina and sea. Our apartment is located on the edge of the town, just 10 minutes walk from the old town. The apartment is located on the first floor, with large terrace and balcony. It is ideal for up to 7 persons. There is a grill in front of the house. Update (December 2017): air conditioning units installed in two main bedrooms.
