We had a friend get together for the Easter weekend and we had the most amazing time. The house exceeded our expectations. The social areas were great and very spacious. There was loads to do at the house - swim, sauna, games room, books, relax etc. There were good walking routes listed with clear directions and the pub recommendations were spot on. Red kite were wonderful with communication and replied to messages almost instantly.

The house and gardens were absolutely perfect for our annual get together. From multiple spacious living spaces and a well equipped kitchen to comfortable bedrooms the whole house is exceptionally well thought out and a real home from home. The real standout though is the outside space. We spent lots of afternoons and evenings outside on the patio under the gorgeous pergola or in the hot tub and the space is peaceful with beautiful views across to the Malvern hills. Dionne and Mark were superb hosts and very responsive to any questions we had. All in all a fantastic week and we are all keen to revisit the house soon.

The place was lovely. Beautiful location with a fantastic view. Perfect for a weekend getaway. Communication with Hephzi was great throughout and we had a great time. Some notes for people staying. There is a separate building fairly close to the property on the grounds that people are living in (who are friendly and kept themselves to themselves). The house is also very lived in, just if you expect the Airbnb to be a neutral accommodation you'll find nods to the family in all rooms. Also to be clear on the sleeping situation there are 2 double rooms with en suite for couples. One single room. Another double room. A room with a double bed and bunks beds in (en suite) plus a study with a sofa bed in. This isn't completely clear from listing and photos. Pool, hot tub, tennis court and outside space all great!

We had a wonderful stay at Lucy’s place. The coach house is very comfortable and the gardens are stunning, we underestimated how extensive and beautiful they would be. The pool is lovely too. The location is a great place to explore the Cotswolds and we’d recommend booking a table at the local pub for dinner too! Hope we can return one day!

We all loved our stay at the Coach house. The accommodation was beautiful and well equipped with everything we needed and the gardens were stunning. Our girls thoroughly enjoyed the outdoor pool which was a real treat! We would love to return and stay here again. Highly recommend.

Truly welcoming and felt like home from home. Kids loved it and would definitely recommend for a great break! Albert and his family were friendly and very accommodating

This house was truly magnificent for a group of 14. We hosted my sister's Hen weekend here and loved every moment. Squeaky clean, full of character and lots of space to relax as well as a huge dining room to have everyone around the same table. The garden and pool access are a brilliant touch too. Would definitely come back!

Paddock cottage was beautiful!! Extremely clean and had everything we needed. Stayed here for one night as on a course at harper adams the next day. Wish we could of stayed longer! This cottage was the best of the best with the added bonus of Monty the horse right outside (i can’t seem to get away from them!) and the friendly chickens too! we will most definitely be back and recommend! We managed the get this booking very last minute and we weren’t disappointed in the slightest, the rooms were beautiful, so much space including the garden. It had everything we needed. We really loved the decor. But for us the hosts made the trip. So thoughtful and considerate, and despite our own lack of packing skills, kindly sorted us out, truely grateful, such a kind gesture. Really great communication and ensuring we had everything we needed throughout. Definitely looking to stay again!

Terence and his wife were absolute lifesavers when we got let down by our original accommodation and managed to check us in within the hour from the initial inquiry. They made sure we had everything we needed throughout our stay. Would absolutely recommend and/or stay again!

The host was great and provided all the information we needed in a timely fashion. They were very responsive to our messages. I requested that the Kingsize beds be split into singles and everything was done perfectly. The kitchen was well stocked and there were fresh towels for us on every bed. The amenities were perfect for us as a large family and we wouldn’t hesitate to stay there again. Absolutely brilliant and so much better than having to use several hotel rooms.

Check-in was smooth and easy, the host was very communicative and always replied instantly, he sent us the code to get in the instant we asked, no waiting around, made sure everything was working out for us, and it was— the place was clean and spacious and had perfect connections to the resorts world/bp pulse arena, the airport, and the city centre all one short train ride away, and it was only a 10 minute walk to the station!

It is exactly what is listed. Very closer to Compton Training Ground, no frills good value.

The accommodation served the 6 of us really well. The area is quiet , but £6 in an uber gets you into the city. Ricky was really helpful and let us check in early without any additional costs. When we are next working In the area , we will 100% be booking here again.

Another stay. This place was very convenient for where we needed to be. Close to shops, pubs and restaurants.

La estancia fue muy cómoda, la casa está muy bien ubicada para poder ir al NEC. Es posible que tengas que desplazarte en coche para ir a otros lugares, pero está todo cerca y la tranquilidad del sitio lo merece. Repetiría de nuevo en este lugar. ¡Gracias por acogernos!

Kit Provided more than the basic necessities: plenty of towels, spare pillows & blankets, basic seasonings, cooking & cleaning supplies. We were so comfortable & also just a walk away from the train station & a high street. Hopefully we will have the opportunity to book with Kit again!

A wonderful place to stay. Clean and tidy and hosts go the extra mile to ensure that you are comfortable. Many extra little touches to make it a home from home. Extremely handy for catching the train to the NEC/BP Pulse. Strongly recommend.
