Stay on the beautiful Wekiva River! Located just 1 mile downstream from Wekiva Springs (20 minutes by kayak) and 900’ downstream from Wekiva Island, a recreational venue offering food, beverages, entertainment. You’ll stay in a 2023 Jayco Camper with 1 queen bed and a single bed, 5'-8" in length. Your stay includes the use of kayaks and canoes. The river offers beautiful scenery with an abundance of wildlife. Sit on the dock and enjoy coffee in the morning and a cool beverage in the afternoon!

RV Avion

Entire camper. 1972 Avion. Two small camper twin beds (28" X 75"). Old RV with low head space, sensitive to guest size, height, and weight. Access to main house in case of emergencies. Has had some TLC and is still in need of some. This is a camper in Florida, sometimes temperatures are extreme and AC may freeze up, ants may smell your food, the deadbolt to the door is on the wall (not the door). If you have not stayed in a camper before, I do not recommend that you stay here.

We don’t allow cooking inside the RV. We don’t have an oven or gas range. You may request it, but you can only use it outside. We only allow one vehicle per booking reservation. You may park on the driveway in front of the garage door or in front of F150, it’s a decent size driveway so no worries. Anything you need please reach out, we’ll do our best to accommodate your request.

I have run my construction and equipment repair business on this property for30 years, never had to call law enforcement for any reason. Patrolled by Seminole county Sheriff's department.
