Comfortable place to stay. Andre was a great host, very responsive and helpful. The home was very nice and comfortable.

My family and I thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Justin's home. It was clean and well stocked with everything we needed to feel right at home. Beautiful top-floor apartment with big windows. Walkable to the convention center and several nearby restaurants. It does get a little loud at night with music from nearby Sundance Plaza and the air conditioning unit in the apartment. Earplugs are provided, but we honestly just turned off the AC at night because it made such a racket and turned on every 30min. There are fans in each roomehich we used instead. The elevator always stops at the 2nd floor for some reason but as long as you push the floor again, it'll take you there after the brief pit stop. There was a leak outside the apartment door from the thunderstorms but the hosts were prompt at addressing it. Overall a pretty and large space.

Perfect little place to stay! Loved being near all the restaurants & shopping stores. Parking garage is very close and super easy to get into the building. Had no worry about my car! The place was very neat! Would come again!

This is the 2nd time we’ve stayed at this Airbnb. It is so perfect! They thought of every little detail. It has so much character and is in the best location! Walkable to everything - restaurants, bars, grocery store and more. Not to mention it’s right above a coffee shop and bar. I highly highly recommend this place. You’ll love it!

My family of 6 stayed here for a few days. 4 children, all fit well. The pool and games were great to keep the kids entertained. Plenty of towels for the kids to enjoy swimming. Washer and dryer worked well. The house was beautiful. Beds were comfortable too! You should stop looking for places to stay in San Antonio and just book this one right now.

We enjoyed our staycation here. It’s only a 40 min from our house in Austin but it was a great getaway. We were very comfortable. The design of the villas is really nice (friends came over for a swim and they complimented the space) and we enjoyed the views of Hill Country and the pool from the balconies. The stars were more visible than what we’re used to. We brought our 4 mo old puppy and was easily able to entertain him. There’s lots of open grass and a dog potty area. We really wanted a place where we could teach our dog to swim. But no pets are allowed in the pool. Also the listing says a 9 min walk to the lake, but when asked, the property owners said it’s not walkable and that it is a feature Airbnb automatically puts on the listing. So just be aware if that’s of interest. I was told by someone that you can drive to a beach and swim with your dog close by. The Internet isn’t great. TV shows buffered. But we were able to check email, do a video call n watch streaming movies.

Great weekend stay with extended family. Plenty of room for everyone and very family friendly. The house was well maintained and clean. One thing of note, the hot tub instructions state that the heat up time is 15-30 minutes, however the hot tub never reached a temperature above 82-85. We did not reach out to our host with this matter as it did not affect our stay, so our experience with this might not be the norm. We will definitely look to book this property again should we be in the area.

Travis was an exceptional host. He was quick to communicate if anything was needed and offered multiple amenities. The space itself is very private, great for photos especially around the lake, it's just you and nature. If the weather wasn't so cold we definitely would've hit the water. Hadn't ever heard of spicewood before, but would come again! Thank you again Travis!

I had a fantastic experience staying at this Airbnb! The place was spotless, beautiful and exactly as described in the listing. The host was incredibly responsive and made check-in super easy. The location was perfect—close to everything I needed, but still peaceful and quiet at night. I would absolutely stay here again and recommend it to anyone looking for a comfortable and convenient place to stay.

We rented the townhouse for our family members since our house did not accommodate all 21 family members that came for Christmas. Shawn’s place is in our subdivision so it worked beautifully. The group that stayed there were very happy with their accommodations.

Annette was always super responsive with any questions. I rented the houses for a joint bachelor / bachelorette party for 13 people. There was plenty of space, although only 3 bathrooms which made getting ready and showering semi-difficult. The kitchen was partly stocked with things like coffee, spices, olive oil, etc The pool and house were very clean. It was relatively easy to get an uber to go into the city for about $50. Overall, we had a great time!
