An extension offers an additional boot room/rustic bathroom/loo and paved courtyard. The grounds are comprised of upper and lower lawns set on half an acre. A country pub is within walking distance.

Located 5 minutes from heritage town Abbeyleix in co. Laois is Villa Jokubas a log cabin village set on a hill overlooking surrounding countryside. All our cabins combine modern finishes and rustic county charms. Be treated with all modern luxuries inside and outside, enjoy expansive yard, covered patio areas with private modern hot tubs, "Kamado" BBQ grills, fully stocked bar with taps of our home brewed IPA beer. Take it easy at this unique and tranquil getaway. Our Orchard Gallery Apartment is situated in the middle of Highbank Organic Orchards with views from all sides of the farm. The Apartment is part of my house, built on the farm 15 years ago and boasts lavish floral works of art, painted by me, on its walls. A wonderful natural light flows throughout the apartment with wide vistas of the farm from every room. A quite, comfortable rural retreat for anyone on business or pleasure .
