A 100-Year Old Schoolhouse near Route 66's roar, Rustic and aged, history running through its core. It’s not pristine, by any means! It's worn, and has some dust and some rust, But hospitality here is a must! There is a toilet and sink inside the schoolhouse. The shower is in a separate building close by. Heat is provided by a wood burning stove, with wood. There is also an electric, space heater. There is one King Size bed and one Queen Size bed.

We are 2 blocks from the famous Beckham County Courthouse seen in the movie "The Grapes of Wrath". Right across the street is “First Response Coffee House”. It is locally owned and specializes in coffee and fantastic BBQ!! Strolling through town is a stroll through history!
