This 3 bedroom 1.5 bath home below the upper Balsam dam close to County A bridge, with stairs to dock on Wolf River so you have boat access to Shawano Lake, takes about 20 min to lake with 35 HP pontoon you can rent from American Marine. I'll send youtube link upon request. House is 3 miles south of Menominee casino and 3 miles north of downtown. Snowmo trails nearby, great place to stay for Packer games bring your family or plan a get away with your friends. WiFi and YouTube TV available.

Open concept living area with ample seating, dining room, and kitchen island seating provide plenty of space. Just 40 minutes to Lambeau!

1941 WWII Douglas DC-3 Airliner. Flown by the United States Marines for military transport services between Guam, Midway, and Pearl Harbor. The kitchen includes a fridge, stove, microwave and a dishwasher! There are three kayaks, a paddleboard, a pedal boat and a pier for your use. It is close to supper clubs, pubs with great food and 45 minutes from Lambeau Field. Enjoy star gazing while sitting around the fire roasting marshmallows.
