Walk out basement has 2 bedrooms, a family room, a full bathroom and place to prepare meals without a stove. Access is through the back door and patio areas. There’s a low impact elliptical machine in the smaller of the two bedrooms. The private patio area has a grill, umbrella, table, chairs, a fire pit and a couple swing. Our 2 bedroom duplex is surprisingly spacious with a king suite as well as a kid's room with 1 single twin and 1 twin over full bed! 2 bathrooms, large living room and dining room table that will seat 6, private deck with a BBQ grill in the fenced back yard with a 2 car garage to park your car or play ping-pong! Pets are welcome to come along as well! Our home is located 2 miles from Hummer Sports park, 5 miles to Stormont Vail Event Center, and 3 miles to the hospitals.

Entire abode to yourself! Two bedrooms with queen beds, one bath. Off street, covered parking. Roku is available on the TV, for you to log in to your preferred choice of viewing pleasure. Close to VA Med Center & Washburn Univ. Minutes from State Capitol & Downtown. Centrally located from downtown and west side ( where all the chain stores and restaurants are located). NO parties are to be hosted in our house. NO smoking of any kind inside the house.
